**What do you like best about Cloud Voice Infrastructure?**

We’ve been using BroadConnect Telecom’s Cloud Voice solution for about 5 years and has been a highly reliable and flexible communications tool which has actually proven that it is a future-proofed solution for us - As they promised!

Broad-connect Provides a future-proofed solution for us - As they promised! Everything was good

**What problems is Cloud Voice Infrastructure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were no initial hardware costs or lengthy engineer visits, and calling/feature plans were easily shared across the business. I’d highly recommend BroadConnect’s SIP Trunking services to anyone that is looking for a secure and reliable telecom solution!
