Cloud Rental Manager Reviews & Product Details

Cloud Rental Manager is free property management software for landlords, property managers and community associations running residential, commercial, student and affordable housing. Tenants pay rent by card, debit or ACH through a tenant portal, with processing by Host Merchant Services built in. The platform covers online applications and tenant screening, lease creation with e-signatures and renewal reminders, scheduled charges and late-fee notices, vacancy listings, maintenance requests and vendor work orders, and move-in and move-out inspections with photos. Accounting includes income and expense tracking by property and unit, bank reconciliation, financial statements and a QuickBooks sync. Owners get their own portal limited to their properties. Two-factor authentication and role-based access are standard. There are no monthly fees, per-unit charges or contracts.
