They do not keep their word on free trials. I tried a free trial for the Tom Ferry add on pages. I was told I would be billed after 30 days if I did not cancel but would get a reminder email before I was billed. I never got the reminder and was charged for the add on. I had planned on canceling once I got the reminder as I didn't feel that I would use it. Upon contacting support they refused to budge. I realize a lot of people will find the add on beneficial but be aware of the end of the 30 day period in case you do not wish to keep it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not being able to edit

Information under features is a joke, no consistency with information. I would like input on what's being pulled from MLS. I don't need to see acres, lot size, and lot sq. footage. especially when if the lot size isn't listed and you put acres(0.153)under both.

Some of my comps show total fin. sq. ft. and some don't. They all show finished on MLS

when showing the fin. sq. ft on each level on it shows fin. base, I don't need to also see Basement Yes

Why Is Security deposit listed there

Why does it list Parking and everyone is checked nowhen they all have driveways and garages

What the hell are Furnished comments? mine have the lot size listed there

The fact that we can have access to all the files quickly. And can link clients. I like that you can just copy an paste overall it is very nice not having paper files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that you must tick a person name or company it should have a button to default to a person or a company unless you remove tick when adding a client. The delete button should name exactly who will be deleted before deletion and only person ticked not anyone of same name. In Documents you must print each as a separate - it is time consuming to print separately come audit time. There should be a way to change a company to an individual. When scanning it should remember the last person scanned to for multiple doucuments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
