**What do you like best about Successware?**

Very up-to-date, refreshes often so I never miss anything. It's also very easy to efficiently dispatch our techs.

Maybe just that the cancel reason box for cancelling calls does not update the original call's notes.

Lately, Successware is causing more problems than solving.

**What do you like best about Successware?**

SuccessWare21 has a great staff. I've never felt more at ease with the support, software engineers, and account managers than I have with any other software. They feel like a mom and pop software company when in reality they are behind the scenes on hundreds of millions of dollars at construction service companies around the United States. Surprising to me (for reasons I'll get into later), there are many integrations that work well with SuccessWare21 and I've had very little reason to interact with the integrations after implementation: they just work.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

This is a review of Successware "Classic." The UI was bad. I mean really bad. SuccessWare21 looked like it was from the Windows 95/98 era and it was a bad impression during every onboarding. Since changing CRM software they've given a fresh coat of paint to the UI and it looks immediately more palatable. Long overdue.

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing, inventory, customer management, contract managament. Successware is a full service quite that doesn't require separate softwares to run your business. It used to be outsourced for their mobile platform but that has been finally moved in-house.

**What do you like best about Successware?**

Puts all aspects of our business in one place.  Allows us to be mobile but connected via the software and successware mobile

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

My accountant is not familiar with the program and that limits what she can do and help with in the accounting side

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoices get done same day. Ability to upload pictures to the job ticket so we can see work done and make more suggestions to the customer.

**What do you like best about Successware?**

I love how easy Successware is to use.  The lessons are helpful for training, the support videos are easy to follow and if you can't figure out how to do what you want from that, the support staff on the phone are extremely responsive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

Nothing, I find this program extremely easy to follow.  The only thing I would recommend is more autosaving rather than having to hit a button.

**Recommendations to others considering Successware:**

Call Successware to get a demo.  You can always ask to see if you can shadow an office already using the software to show you how they interact with the software!

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have problems with Successware that I haven't already found a solution to.  The benefits to using Successware are that you can pull a marketing list from any search, you can set reminders to help you sell more work later and if there is something you think would make the program run smoother, you have an amazing support staff who considers your feedback when updating the software.

There are several color options to choose to zone out your customer base. Taking payments is simple. It's easy to run reports for different departments.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

Only being to have just three people open at a time. Only one person can be in an account at a time.  The reoccurring job feature is unhelpful.

There are no problems at this time.

**What do you like best about Successware?**

The best thing about Successware is that it eliminates the need for multiple programs. You can timekeep, track inventory, job cost, track phone calls, process payments/invoices, process payroll, dispatch, do all your accounting, etc. Like I said, it's the buffet of software.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

Really, the only thing not to like about Successware is that it is reminiscent of Windows 98 in appearance. Very gray and dull. Although, Successware is about to do a huge facelift that will remedy that so.. no complaints here!

**Recommendations to others considering Successware:**

Just go for it! And when you do, take the time to set everything up correctly and keep everything consistent as far as the nomenclature. It will be worth your while and make everything easier in the future and as you grow.

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As previously mentioned, you can do pretty much everything in SW. So we solve any issues with our technicians maybe not performing like normal- we can go look and see what kind of calls their running, how long it took them, whether they did the required paperwork (by looking in client accounts for pictures of the paperwork), etc. so we can see any patterns and areas where we need to make changes or do more training. That just really scratches the surface. The benefits are more than I could count on my fingers and toes.

I as the owner and daily user would highly recommend Successware! We have had nothing but success with this program.  From training, to support everyone has been great! Do not understand why other companies would move over to other competitors and have a much more expensive cost when Successware does it all in one!  We are extremely excited for G2 to come out and enjoy the more user friendly and tracking features.

Nothing to dislike. Wish these updates would have come sooner

It's all in one for us-  I don't have to use both QuickBooks and a scheduling software each month-  from the call to the production of financials- it's an all in one solution

still need to use excel sometimes to really analyze the data for multi-stage jobs

upgrading from a very old system, and now all our tech and warranty specialist are on on tablets,  we are virtually paperless.

**What do you like best about Successware?**

My boss loves the financial strengths of the software but as the main  customer service/scheduling person I am not totally impressed with it.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

> The lack of communication options  with customers  (Would love to have txt msg system in place and confirmation of schedule time slot for call).
> Also NEEDS  to allow the field techs to SEE upcoming schedule if we want so they can  have parts needed on hand for them whether same or next day!

Sample ease or lack of ease in daily use before committing to it.

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need quicker more available customer support services (for PST customer support) and people who can easily teach/communicate remotely to help us when we have questions or problems. 

Tiffany Kern was GREAT at that particular need but apparently left the company. 

Have also had some that were not at all  helpful, patient or able to teach in the process of taking our calls and inquiries (Jennifer, Bree) .

**What do you like best about Successware?**

I love the reports, I love being able to track the history and that tech are able to see it. I love the customer service we get from successware. The reps are quick and extremely pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

I don't like that there is no picture option for the office staff without downloading dropbox or company cam. I also wish we had a text option when dispatching techs to customers. Most people look at their texts immediately where they only look at emails every 30 - 60 minutes. Can we please get a over under report option? (similar to job cost) and not have to set up "projects" through project manager ? Also, there needs to be a progressive billing option for new construction jobs with phases. There isn't one or we have not spoken to anyone who is familiar with how to do it. I would love to see a fresher looking screen as well.

More detailed reports, and seeing where we are losing money as well as if we are billing the correct amount.

The very robust and error free accounting system.   It's just about impossible to make a mistake once you have your system set-up.  the checks and balances , reporting and ease of use make it so easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

Pretty non existent Project Management - if you have a install that lasts more than a couple days- its very, very difficult to manage.

**Recommendations to others considering Successware:**

Make sure your companies business model fits the parameters of this product.

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer service history is invaluable.  Many of our customers have multiple systems with advanced systems in place.  Having a robust service history ( we came from paper ) has been invaluable in serving our customers , and has given our techs the ability to diagnose and maintain equipment with much more efficiency.

The ability to track is my favorite part. I like pulling reports so I can drill down into exactly where the calls are coming from. Revenue on those calls etc. So much data all in one place!

The look is a little archaic but overall it gets the job done.

the ease of scheduling and ability to track customer history as well as recommend work and follow up with the "opportunity manager" has been a big asset.

The upside of using Successware is how integrated it is!  The scheduling, payroll, accounting, reporting and quoting functions work with each other so well.  It's seamless and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

One downside is that they don't offer a way to connect with customers by text yet.  I'm sure it's coming though!

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We made some changes to our pay cycles and I am having issues with reconciling payroll periods.  There is a huge benefit in their support teams!  I have called in numerous times to have their support staff answer questions and walk me through steps.  They are always helpful and friendly.

Not appropriate for a new startup or any company that doesn't have sufficient staff to take advantage of all SW21 has to offer.

As a startup, we've only just begun to utilize the benefits. We needed a program that was easy to use and would get us going. This was more than we needed and has complicated our learning curve.

the dispatching works well. ability to see all technicians is good.

mobil app is terrible. the accounting is terrible. its a nighmare to correct anything. everything is accrual based with no way yo change to cash for sales tax.

none that i know of. currently trying to find software that has a better accounting integration. Technicians in the field cannot bill on return which is just not acceptable in our business.

I like that this database can house such a great amount of information for a substantial administration organization, yet it unquestionably takes some preparation to get utilized to.Dispatch board, truly makes it pleasant to probably observe the calls and moving is simple

I detest that I need to remote access into this product as a result of my sort of PC (Mac). We utilize this to enable us to plan administration between two organizations, anyway one of our organizations utilizes it once a day to plan their experts and deals people.They cherish it and it is extremely utilitarian for them.I anyway believe it's regularly difficult to utilize.

SuccessWare is an incredible programming for somebody that needs robust booking help! It is incredible for association and time the board. Our second organization that really utilizes it to it's maximum capacity adores it! They have around 360 workers that utilization it once a day to assist them with time the executives and getting to clients in an auspicious way.

We run our day by day call board, professional calendars, and dispatch work from SuccessWare21. We utilize the product in practically all parts of the field administration bit of our business. We likewise run our level rate pricebook from this software.For us, we've explained clashes with planning with the proprietors. For our other organization, it takes care of numerous issues! The revealing is fabulous!

**What do you like best about Successware?**

I like the variety of colors and routing, can order and order, is easy to use when training new employees, the shipping panel makes it very pleasant to see calls, handle them comfortably and easily. These features make SuccessWare21 a very feasible and effective software

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

It is generally easy to use but I think it has limited support. The inventory is also a piece of evidence, it seems that it does not always go as we expect

**Recommendations to others considering Successware:**

It requires some training to get used to it although it is definitely good software for someone who needs help with programming. It is ideal for organizing and managing time because we cover other tasks at the same time

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we have been exploiting SuccessWare21's methods, we have been more successful with customer communication, this software makes it easier to move calls and reporting. The main problem we wanted to solve is a way to extract the reports, which we could not do with the previous software.

I like that this database can house so much data for a large service company, but it definitely takes some training to get used to.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

I dislike that I have to remote access into this software because of my type of computer (Mac). We use this to help us schedule leadership between two companies, however one of our companies uses it on a daily basis to schedule their technicians and sales people.They love it and it is very functional for them.I however think it's typically hard to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Successware:**

SuccessWare is a great software for someone that needs hefty scheduling help! It is great for organization and time management. Our second company that actually uses it to it's full potential loves it! They have about 360 employees that use it on a daily basis to help them with time management and getting to customers in a timely manner.

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, we've solved conflicts with scheduling with the owners. For our other company, it solves many problems! The reporting is fantastic!

I like the different colors and the layout of routing. It allows me to easily route my techs to their respective locations.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

I dislike that there is no time stamp recording, or profile access recordings that force accountability for its users. This makes room for a lot of error and no single person to turn to for answers. 

**Recommendations to others considering Successware:**

Some of the value that service titan provides to their users is really making them a front runner. I suggest looking into some of the methods they are using. 

**What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have discovered more ways to pull reports in SuccessWare and we are finding more success as we explore these methods. However, the reporting methods are also subpar and unnecessarily difficult to produce.

I haven’t really found anything I don’t like yet I have just started using it and so far I have no complaints

The support..... a lot of issues and very limited support. Likes to blame other factors.

Successware's dispatch board and integration of CRM and field service management is great.  It is easy to use and to train new employees on.

**What do you dislike about Successware?**

The accounting aspects are not as robust or as easy to manage as I would like them to be.  There is a lot of "making it work" that happens within the system.  Inventory is also a trying piece that does not seem to always go as intended.

We run our daily call board, technician schedules, and dispatch function from SuccessWare21.  We use the software in almost all aspects of the field service piece of our business.  We also run our flat rate pricebook from this software.

There are many times where I will be working on a project on Successware and it will just close on me. There are many glitches.
