I would highly recommend doing a trial and see if it will work for you or not. The CEO seems very open to feedback and making this work. We not do that TODAY: two days after we deployed. Truly outstanding. And I have been in charge of deploying Salesforce three times and an ERP system once and it took months to fully deploy and train.
