Honestly, nothing, everything seems excellent to me, from what they offer as a free solution to the cost plans. If I could recommend something, it would be to improve the Android app a bit, it's excellent but it could give me more reports and graphs. This is a straight out of box turnkey solution. Creating new clients and projects is extremely straightforward, which makes it much easier to handle reporting for billing and invoicing. Clockify is utilized by my team through our entire workday. I honestly can't imagine how I managed this process before using Clockify! I haven't had to involve Customer Support at all. In my experience, Clockify seems better suited for smaller teams or freelancers, and I think it would be advantageous if its features were expanded to better accommodate larger organizations. I think this limitation played a major role in my company's decision to switch to another tool, WebWork. I also feel that enhancing Clockify's security features would make it more attractive to bigger companies. Furthermore, I find it inconvenient that there is no integration or automation between Clockify and Deel, as this requires manual data syncing and reduces overall efficiency and speed. It’s really simple to use and fulfils my needs of having a time tracker that tracks time spent on individual tasks in a project and allows you to assign that project to a client. The best thing is that all this is included in the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Minor dislikes:

- I wish you could see the time already spent on the task in the "Task Tracker" window or link to the task details.

- The time tracked was in hours and minutes (e.g. 2 hours and 35 minutes) and not just in hours.

The best thing is how simple and effective it is for tracking time without any unnecessary distraction. It would be that the interface, while functional, can feel a bit cluttered when you’re juggling multiple projects or tasks. I love Clockify's powerful free version and its user-friendly interface. Its flexibility in tracking time across different devices is a big plus. I also appreciate how easy it is to start and stop timers or add time manually without interrupting my workflow, leading to better accuracy. The detailed reports and analytics help me review productivity and make informed decisions on pricing and resource allocation. I find the team management feature useful as it provides visibility into who’s working on what, which aids in workload balancing and accountability. The ability to integrate with over 100 other tools, including Jira, Asana, and Trello, makes it seamlessly fit into our existing processes.
