Clock Clerk Reviews & Product Details

Clock Clerk is an all-in-one time management, project tracking, and team collaboration platform built specifically for professional services teams that bill by the hour. It is designed for consulting firms, software agencies, engineering studios, law firms, and contractors who need to bridge the gap between planning work and closing the month. Unlike traditional time trackers that require teams to manage tasks in one tool, chat in another, and log hours in a third, Clock Clerk unifies kanban boards, team threads, and timesheets into a single, cohesive workflow. Every hour logged is directly tied to the specific task card it was spent on, ensuring 100% accuracy from the initial task assignment straight to the client invoice and ERP export. Key Features & Capabilities: • Integrated Project Boards: Manage work with flexible Kanban columns. Moving a card updates task status, and team members can instantly log time against that exact card with no double-entry. • Contextual Team Chat: Discuss work directly inside specific project boards or task cards. You can even securely invite clients into designated threads for seamless external collaboration at no extra cost. • Smart Month-End Week Sheets: Avoid forgotten timers. Clock Clerk features a rapid, calendar-based week sheet that cuts weeks cleanly at month-end, locking approved days while keeping the new month open for continuous tracking. • Role-Based Approvals & Invoicing: Effortlessly review pending timesheets, manage contractor acceptance protocols, and generate clean, frozen client invoices derived straight from approved billable rates. • Powerful Ecosystem Integrations: Import existing tasks from Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Notion, and export finalized hours and cost data directly into QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or other major ERPs. The Clock Clerk Advantage: Clock Clerk features a highly disruptive, active-filer pricing model. You only pay for the team members who actively log hours during the month. Managers, administrators, read-only finance users, and clients are completely free on every plan, giving your business total cost predictability.
