**What do you like best about CLM 365?**

The Power Automate connection has been very helpful in day-to-day contract work. Notifications and a few steps in the contract process now happen automatically, so there is less need to keep checking things manually. It fits with the other workflows used in the organization.

**What do you dislike about CLM 365?**

Setting up the automation takes a bit of time in the beginning, especially without much technical background. Once it is configured, it works well.

Earlier, there were many manual follow-ups to make sure contracts moved to the next step. With automation in place, things move forward on time, and teams stay informed. Overall, the process feels smoother and more organized.

**What do you like best about CLM 365?**

The task feature has been quite helpful during the contract process. Its easy to assign tasks and see who is responsible for each step. This avoids a lot of back-and-forth messages because everyone can see what needs to be done and by when.

Nothing major problematic so far. The overall experience has been smooth.

Earlier, some contract tasks were getting delayed because it wasn't always clear who was responsible. With tasks tracked in CLM 356, it's now easier to see the progress and make sure things move on time. It has made coordination between teams simpler.

**What do you like best about CLM 365?**

I appreciate CLM 365's simple and functional portal, which allows for building linear flows suitable for legal contexts. The vendor's prompt and timely support is excellent and a decisive factor in my evaluation. Their prompt response is crucial in quickly designing flows. Additionally, the vendor's availability to develop integrations based on our needs gives us confidence for the future. The initial setup was easy with the vendor providing a very clear configuration session.

It takes a little time for new users to get familiar with the system since there are several configuration options.
