Unlike some AI features that feel like marketing buzzwords, the AI capabilities in Contract Management 365 provide real value. We regularly use AI summary, AI clause extraction, and AI risk analysis during contract reviews. The redlining functionality and workflow automation also help streamline negotiations and approvals. Everything is accessible from within our Microsoft 365 environment, which makes adoption easier.

**What do you dislike about CLM 365?**

No major concerns. We would like to see additional AI capabilities introduced over time.

**What problems is CLM 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract reviews are faster, approvals are more structured, and we have better visibility into obligations, renewals, and compliance requirements. Overall, the platform has improved efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.

**What do you like best about CLM 365?**

The task feature has been quite helpful during the contract process. Its easy to assign tasks and see who is responsible for each step. This avoids a lot of back-and-forth messages because everyone can see what needs to be done and by when.

**What do you dislike about CLM 365?**

Nothing major problematic so far. The overall experience has been smooth.

**What problems is CLM 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, some contract tasks were getting delayed because it wasn't always clear who was responsible. With tasks tracked in CLM 356, it's now easier to see the progress and make sure things move on time. It has made coordination between teams simpler.

**What do you like best about CLM 365?**

I appreciate CLM 365's simple and functional portal, which allows for building linear flows suitable for legal contexts. The vendor's prompt and timely support is excellent and a decisive factor in my evaluation. Their prompt response is crucial in quickly designing flows. Additionally, the vendor's availability to develop integrations based on our needs gives us confidence for the future. The initial setup was easy with the vendor providing a very clear configuration session.

It takes a little time for new users to get familiar with the system since there are several configuration options.
