Clixtell as my PPC campaign manager has in fact given me a meaning of tranquility because they actively detect and report click fraud on my behalf. It is quite confusing to tell specifically which clicks are counting as frauds, so you are not sure of the magnitude of the incidence that would have helped you re-determine your targeting strategies. While it does a job detecting farms and safeguarding against fraud I feel that it falls short in providing comprehensive insights on PPC clicks and optimizing conversion rates. I like so many things about the software so it’s hard picking a “best” but I’ll try. One thing I like is that I can try out my Clixtell subscription on multiple accounts. This is even better because you can do so on the free trial you get. Another thing is the accuracy in detecting frauds and blocking them off almost immediately. Many people barely know about these things and while they’re trying to figure it out, Clixtell is already counting down so fast. Clixtell is a brilliant idea from the developers. I never knew you could actually track your PPC or conversion rate until I stumbled on this. I like the fact that I can see how well or poorly all of my ads are dating and know when to call it off or modify a feature. I also enjoy the transparency Clixtell gives all its users. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a dislike because it may have been my fault for not being so tech-savvy. I had some issues working my way around the software and it almost made me dump the whole thing but I’m glad I took some time to get help. In the end, it did more than I expected it to.
