ClinistIA Reviews & Product Details

ClinistIA is Brazilian software for doctors and dentists in private practice. An AI answers the clinic's WhatsApp through Meta's official API, on the clinic's own number: it replies instantly with what the clinic configured — prices, address, hours, preparation, insurance and payment methods — books, confirms and reschedules appointments against the real calendar, understands audio and images, and escalates to a human whenever a question is clinical, urgent or sensitive. The AI never answers clinical questions. The same AI runs the front office: multi-professional and multi-location scheduling, patient follow-up from first contact to return visit, re-engagement of patients who went quiet, quotes accepted by link, Pix collection and payment records. It includes clinical records with specialty templates. At the end of each period it reads the practice — calendar, conversations and money — and proposes what to do next. Portuguese-language product, Brazil only.
