Actually, it is impossible to understand this platform on your own without help. There is zero overview or logic on this site. Nowhere is it clearly stated what information or documents you need for what kind of research. One of the things I appreciate most about Research Manager is how it keeps all files needed for my trial organised. The way it helps manage documents and track progress makes staying on top of projects easier. I can quickly find what I need, see where I am in the process, It’s a simple but effective tool that saves me time. Moreover, customer support is always very helpfull and comes with adequate solutions. **What do you dislike about Clinical Research Suite?** Nothing. When you’re just starting out it takes some time to fully understand and navigate te programme, but the ease of implementation and overall usefulness more than make up for this. **What problems is Clinical Research Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used Research Manager for clinical trial management. There were multiple benefits on this programme. Starting with the way it streamlines progress, deadlines, and documents. Performing clinical research comes with a lot of protocols, monitor visits and other documents. It took me a while to figure out where to go to start building a questionnaire, how to add participants and how to access the auto-mailing features and what feature did what exactly.
