**What do you like best about Click2Magic?**

The important thing I literally liked is we can set up live chat support for both web apps and mobile apps. Another thing is they provide more configurations that our admin team can set up the way we want. Another things I liked the most is canned response, this literally helped in reducing the response time

**What do you dislike about Click2Magic?**

I could say it's little difficult to find out the cons as It provides all what it has to. But as a intial purchase, they don't explicitly provide the cost info on their site

**What problems is Click2Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very simple and less complex service we can integrate to provide live chat support. It really helps admin team to set up the configurations the way we want. The most imp thing is integrating functions in both web and mobile apps. Canned replies is another feature which really helps to send replies without even typing the messages. helps reducing time by replying for most frequesnt disctict queries. It will help you add multiple support executives for different properties, isn't this amazing?

**What do you like best about Click2Magic?**

The best thing is its functionality. We have tried few other live chats at our company, but I and my team are very satisfied with Click2Magic. My team can chat with multiple customers without any problem. Canned responses are aligned perfectly, and customers can get 24/7 support

**What do you dislike about Click2Magic?**

There is nothing to mention about this live chat software.It doesn’t have any

**Recommendations to others considering Click2Magic:**

If you can’t afford to take a chance or you don’t want your customers to get delayed answers then Click2Magic is the best.Click2Magic is a great tool, me and my co-employees are able to engage with the customers and their queries without leading them to call. The tool is perfectly designed and it can be embedded into any site.

**What problems is Click2Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first thing my staff is able to handle multiple customers, and no one is calling us back, all the queries are being answered in the chat without any delay, as earlier we used to receive many calls in a day from our customers questioning us about my staff availability.
