I love the way that I can have a video interview, shared coding space, and notes together in one place. After the interview, all of this information is combined into a summary which makes it very easy to see everything that happened during the interview. I especially like that the notes that I take during interviews are placed along the video timeline so that I can quickly jump to parts of the interview that interested me at the time. There wasn't much built-in training to help me learn the features of the product when I conducted my first interview. That said, I was able to learn the key features by exploring the interface for a few minutes, and once I did that, everything was simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The playback option is an incredible feature - being able to flag certain moments or add my comments during the interview for myself to recheck later is invaluable.

Also, having other team members review the interview is key in making sure we are making the right choices. This is also a useful feature for training purposes.

Another thing I like very much is that there is no download needed, so when sending links to candidates there isn't a long explanation needed.

Sometimes there are some minor glitches which result in patchy video or sound - but to be fair, most times it's likely down to the internet connection of the user or their equipment.

Another con is that there are actually a lot of features which I don't have time to properly explore/keep track of since new things are being added all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use - very straightforward and intuitive in usage. Helps to streamline the recruitment process right from the start. The collaborative possibilities make it a very interesting tool allowing multiple remote team members to partake in the process without the need of physical presence. Initial connectivity issues making some of the interviews delay or cut off - these were promptly followed up and resolved by the Cleveryak team (same day problem resolution) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we liked best is the sharable recording of the interview (GDPR compliant) and the searchable transcripts. Also the fact that the CleverYak support was super reactive and offered to adapt the software to our needs was really great.

The call quality was as good as any other tool and the functionalities are just amazing for recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I couldn't adjust my time tags after the call was a bit annoying as I wanted to "prepare" the recording of the call for my superior and I wanted to place the tags at the exact right moment for him to jump to. This was not possible in the current version.
