It provides companies with a single place to preview, track, and comment on candidates. Has integrates with LinkedIn, email and local job boards, allowing users to add candidates to the database in one click. System algorithms can suggest candidates from the database to find the best fit for vacancy criteria. Additional features include CV parsing and automation tools, allowing users to upload CVs in any format and have it converted into a structured and searchable candidate profile - all is GDPR compliant. Users can also create seperate job pages, customize auto-emails in advance and choose when candidates receive a reply as they pass through the recruiting process. Vacancy reports for managers or clients can be prepared in seconds. The process is straightforward and straightforward, and the competitive price against other alternatives is one of the reasons I went with this one. **What do you dislike about CleverStaff?** CleverStaff does not include some essential functions of ATS that would make it a more complete ATS. Such as, it does not have the built-in interview scheduling tools or candidate skills assessments. That means now I need additional software or manual approaches in order to manage the hiring activities it includes. **What problems is CleverStaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** The CleverStaff is an awesome tool that has helped me to improve the last steps of hiring process. It is convenient to advertise job vacancies, collect job applications and arrange job resumes. It consumes me loads of time by analyzing resumes and organizing candidates. The integration with job boards is obstructive as it does not allow me to keep monitor of applicants from sources. **What do you dislike about CleverStaff?** The option to customize workflows and email templates is not helping me to simplify my recruitment process. The customer support is cumbersome not there when I need assistance. One thing that needs to be improved in CleverStaff is its user interface, which feel a bit clunky and lacking, in navigation when searching for features. **What problems is CleverStaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reporting capabilities are somewhat limited providing information, which hinder data driven decision making. We like your integrations with the google calendar, and with Microsoft outlook. In addition, its creation of instant tracking reports allows you to add many details. We like the way in which job interviews are distributed **What do you dislike about CleverStaff?** We do not like its filtering system for candidates, since it does not allow for the revision of job references or criminal records. We do not like its data collection system from the LinkedIn platform, and its filter for job applications is quite weak. We do not like your workflow automation, or your role of managing business roles **Recommendations to others considering CleverStaff:** Cleverstaff is highly recommended to work automated recruitment processes, and to export and import massive amounts of contact databases. It is highly recommended to integrate it into job exchanges, and to perform Boolean searches. The use of its self-service portal and its internal human resources management system is highly recommended **What problems is CleverStaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** With cleverstaff we work better with compliance with GDPR, and the monitoring processes of each recruitment are much more automated. The creator of curricular summaries helps us to omit the use of external writing services (although in any case, its integration into the office is so good that it is worth writing the summaries in Microsoft Word). ### 10. There is no better and easier way to work in Human Resources management. It is the best database of all the candidates, who I contacted or contacted. I just want to be grateful to the entire team of this great platform! **What do you dislike about CleverStaff?** You can not retrieve the information you put in it. There are no analytical reports (the existing ones are useless), there is no way to recover data to do analysis in Excel. There is no way to make a backup. The development of new features has to do with better images and cryptograms. **Recommendations to others considering CleverStaff:** The great benefits of current software is its ability to integrate with many websites and networks, which greatly facilitates the process of adding new candidates. We highly recommend CleverStaff to freelancers. The main features of the software are ease of use, good functionality, periodic improvements and rapid technical assistance. The functions of CleverStaff is to gather and report charges that are available and the curriculum is automatically displayed, although there is much more to offer. I have only great things to say about this product! **What do you dislike about CleverStaff?** There are some functions that could be added to make the software more complete, even though I am really quite satisfied with the tools provided. After log-out session the system redirects to main screen. I would find it more useful to have a feature of assigning favorite screen, for example report on vacancies. **Recommendations to others considering CleverStaff:** The system is easy to use and very intuitive. CleverStaff is not for hiring and onboarding. This is purely recruiting and selection tool. CleverStaff does not automatically post to jobboards monster, dice etc. Be attentive with mailing function it is under development and may require usage of additional systems for mass mailing. **What problems is CleverStaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving.
