MY experience with Clerk chat has been remarkable. Also, it is a slack-based software that made it easier for us to solve the queries of our clients. **What do you dislike about Clerk Chat?** Overall the software was great to use, but there is just one drawback. The software only enables texting the client. A voice call feature is something the software lacks. Otherwise, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. **What problems is Clerk Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software was a great to use. Personally, i had no problems with using the software.
