Clearminutes Reviews & Product Details

Clearminutes records and transcribes meetings entirely on your machine. No meeting bot joins your call and no audio is ever uploaded: transcription runs locally with Whisper (Metal/CUDA/Vulkan) and summaries run on a built-in Gemma model, no API keys needed. Record system audio and microphone together with RMS-based ducking and VAD filtering for clean recordings and accurate transcripts, and keep everything in a local SQLite database you can open yourself. The free tier includes full transcription, summaries and meeting history with no time limits; Pro adds speaker identification, PDF export and TickTick integration. An iPhone app is live on the App Store: background recording from the Lock Screen, Apple Watch controls, Home Screen widgets, and peer-to-peer transfer of recordings to the desktop app.
