The ability to link to a source document doesn't feel very user friendly or intuitive, it's a bit clunky to understand how to appropriately link a statement to a portion of a source document, not very user friendly in terms of having flexibility about how a citation to a source document appears, once I've created a timeline and linked factual citations to a source document I want to be able to continue going back to that draft with live links but it seems that doesn't work. I find Clearbrief helpful because it assists me in reviewing case materials, developing timelines, and checking citations in my role as an arbitrator. The most important feature for me is the one where the case law and factual citations can be verified. This feature saves me time and effort, as I don't have to manually look up every case and citation to ensure accuracy and prevent any AI 'hallucinations' in the parties' briefs and submissions. Very helpful in creating a timeline of the facts of the case. It also helped to determine what facts were agreed upon, and what facts the parties were in disagreement. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ability of Clearbrief to search and analyze large numbers of documents at once. It goes beyond a simple keyword search and actually analyzes the documents with its AI to find portions of odcuments that may be responsive to what you are looking for.
