I mostly like Clearbrief for its formatting of citations. It helps find the little things like italics and missing spaces, making it so much easier and quicker to do a cite check. This feature makes it easier to spot errors, saving my eyes and reducing stress. The Clearbrief help team is also incredibly helpful.

I find Clearbrief helpful because it assists me in reviewing case materials, developing timelines, and checking citations in my role as an arbitrator. The most important feature for me is the one where the case law and factual citations can be verified. This feature saves me time and effort, as I don't have to manually look up every case and citation to ensure accuracy and prevent any AI 'hallucinations' in the parties' briefs and submissions. I also appreciated that the initial setup of Clearbrief was easy.

Being able to link to case documents to prepare a fact timeline, having all of a case's important documents in one place to refer to, preparing a table of authorities. I also like that I can use iManage to get source documents.
