The staffs are very courteous and helpful when I need technical help. The software is very easy to use and implement. I don't think I am ever switching to another company! **What do you dislike about CleanCloud?** I don't like that although I can send texts to my customers, they cannot reply to me. It would be great if they would allow for this option so I can keep track of my communication with my customers. **Recommendations to others considering CleanCloud:** If you are thinking about getting CleanCloud, just go for it! You will not regret! You will definitely get the value for your money and it will be very helpful for your day to day business POS activities! **What problems is CleanCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that this software is cloud-based. I get to manage my business from anywhere. I move around a lot throughout the day and I get to see how my staffs are doing (how many customers came in and placed order, for example). ### 2. I'd like to be able to customize email/text notifications in the admin area and I'm not able to do that. Changes/updates are focused on the large user base which is understandable, but certain changes I'd like to see, we aren't able to have done. **Recommendations to others considering CleanCloud:** The trial is fully functional. Use the trial to see if it is a good fit for your business.
