They were extremly helpful. **Recommendations to others considering CLD Partners:** If you want things set up your way, they might be more hands-on than you're looking for. I did not have knowledge on the topic prior and they walked me through each step and I have now been able to go back and customize things to our likings. **What problems is CLD Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were implementing zoom phone, away from our traditional carrier. I have very limited knowledge in the backend workings of phone lines and what it takes to move them around. CLD did all the work and walked us through the new admin side on zoom. ### 2. Calling attention to any minor hiccups during our engagement would be a disservice and would simply overshadow the enormous amount of critical thinking and attention to detail that went into a successful deployment. **Recommendations to others considering CLD Partners:** There are only a handful of Financial Force implementation partners, but they are not all created equal. We benefited from vetting multiple partners, which is typically not a process they are accustomed. Then sign up for a managed services type engagement to get maximum value out of them. Data moved between 5 separate platforms requiring human interaction to repeat manual tasks to save and store. Compliance with our most important asset, our contract vehicles, relied on manually updating a spreadsheet. The risk to our business was high; to comply with requirements and produce an accurate quote required an unacceptable level of effort; and we had no single-pane visibility into our business. We were paying for a costly storage tool that had no data integrity, so our system did not work for us, we worked for it. CLD streamlined our quoting process, customized a quoting tool fully integrated into SalesForce and created a self-contained system that allows us to be compliant. I have never worked with a better consultant; they really invest and become part of your team. **What do you dislike about CLD Partners?** Honestly, I can say nothing that I do not like about working with the CLD team. Our requirements were complex but even so, when issues arose CLD jumped in and helped make them work. **Recommendations to others considering CLD Partners:** I would highly recommend CLD Partners to any organization working with SalesForce or Financial Force. From pipeline through order processing, I can now run reports, compare data, analyze trends and have more accurate reporting to gauge the health of our business. I first used CLD partners at Guidewire and there was no other company we would have used at Apttus, they were my first and only call. **What do you like best about CLD Partners?** The methodology for implementation that CLD brings to the table is very structured and helps the business and IT stakeholders think through use cases and scenarios in a step by step way while drawing from CLDs expertise on not just the tool but also the business processes for delivery to cash. Data migration is always one of the toughest items in any enterprise program and I can always count on the CLD team to have amazing experts who have done it over and over again and are as keen to get things as close to perfect as the customer is. **What do you dislike about CLD Partners?** One gripe: Would love to see CLD branch into other enterprise force.com tool sets. They really understand professional services, salesforce, and financial force. After a long review we decided to go with Financial Force. We used CLD to implement and the results are fantastic. THey listened to Mastercards way of doing business and was able to customize key aspect of our manual processes in the systems. From custom object to custom ways of recognizing revenue, the amount of hard work put into this did not go unnoticed **What do you like best about CLD Partners?** Attention to detail.
