## About Claw
Claw is the practice operating system for Indian law — a single platform where law firms, individual advocates and corporate legal departments run every matter they handle, from first filing to final order. Most legal teams in India operate across six or seven disconnected tools: a case-tracking service, a research subscription, WhatsApp groups for advocate coordination, cloud storage for documents, and spreadsheets for reporting. Nothing speaks to anything else, so the same information is re-keyed repeatedly and nobody holds a reliable, current view of the portfolio. Claw replaces that stack with one record. Case tracking and court coverage. Claw tracks matters across more than 8,000 courts and forums — the Supreme Court, all 25 High Courts, district courts across 37 states and union territories, and 16 tribunal modules including NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, ITAT, CESTAT, SAT, APTEL, TDSAT, NCDRC, SCDRC and GST. Add a matter by CNR number, bulk-import an entire docket by Excel, or auto-fetch every case filed in the courts you practise in. Claw then holds each matter against the official court record and keeps it current on its own: next hearing date, hearing history, stage of case, coram, parties, acts and sections, and the order copy captured against the date it was passed. Compliance that finds itself. Court orders carry directives with deadlines buried inside the prose. Claw reads each order within 24 hours of issue, extracts the compliance obligation and its due date, and raises a reminder before it falls due. When the court moves a date, the reminder moves with it. Coordination, clients and billing. Hearing reminders, real-time updates and post-hearing summaries go out over WhatsApp, SMS and email — to the case owner, the appearing advocate or the client. Daily and custom-range cause lists, a live court display board with proximity alerts, past-hearing archives and Excel/MIS exports keep everyone aligned without a status call. Client dashboards, invoicing and payment follow-up run on the same record. Documents, execution and intelligence. Every document sits on the case file, versioned and access-controlled, with a full audit trail. Claw handles e-signing, Aadhaar eSign and e-stamping end to end; manages IPR dockets for trademarks, patents, copyrights and designs against daily registry checks; translates legal documents across ten Indian legal languages; and, through Adira, drafts and reviews contracts cited to statute. Litigation Check produces a scored litigation footprint on any person or entity for lending, hiring and onboarding due diligence. Built in Ahmedabad and used by 80+ law firms, advocates and NBFCs, Claw works in English, Hindi and Gujarati on real filings.

**What do you like best about Claw?**

What I value most is that Claw reads the court's orders for me. A hearing order lands with a compliance date buried in the prose, and Claw pulls that directive out with its date and puts a reminder in front of me before it falls due. Across the High Courts and tribunals I practise in, I no longer keep a separate diary, and I have simply stopped missing dates. The dashboard is built the way a practitioner actually thinks, matters ordered by what falls due next, not by when they were filed, so the morning check takes a minute rather than half an hour, and updates appear quickly once a matter is heard. The alert reaches both me and my client on WhatsApp, so I am no longer the only person holding the date. On price it was not a close comparison either: Claw came in well below the other tools I looked at, and the subscription is a fraction of what one missed date would cost a client. Getting started asked very little of me, my matters were on the system within the week, and the team has answered my emails the same day.

**What do you dislike about Claw?**

My main wish is for the deepest level of integration to reach more courts. The coverage is wide, but the depth is strongest in a handful of High Courts, so for one or two of the benches I appear in I still check the court site directly. Extending that deep integration across more High Courts and tribunals would make it complete for me. The smaller thing is searching through older disposed matters, when I need an order from two years ago I find myself scrolling more than searching. On price I have nothing to fault, it was considerably lower than the competitors I compared it against. Support has been quick over email, though on a hearing morning, when something is urgent, I would rather pick up a phone than write and wait. None of this outweighs what the product does for my practice.

**What problems is Claw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem is simple and dangerous: court orders quietly contain deadlines and never remind you. An order is downloaded, skimmed once and filed away, and a compliance date inside it can pass unnoticed. Claw reads the order the day it lands, surfaces the directive with its date, and reminds me in time. It also tracks the next hearing date for every matter across the courts I practise in, and the record refreshes on its own rather than waiting for someone to check. The benefit is that I no longer rely on memory or a manual diary, the alert reaches me and my client on WhatsApp, and I have stopped losing dates that could have cost a case. On cost the arithmetic is not close, Claw was priced well below the alternatives I evaluated, and one missed compliance date does more damage to a client than the subscription costs in a year. Setting up was not a project either: my matters were on the system within the week, and when I have written to the team I have had a reply the same day rather than a ticket number.
