"Claude as a Helpful AI Assistant for Journalism and Editorial Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is how naturally it understands my requirements and provides clear, well-structured response. It is particularly helpful when dealing with complex process engineering problems, technical reports, and professional writing. I appreciate its ability to explain things in a simple, human-like manner while maintaining technical accuracy. It also saves time by helping me organize my thoughts, refine technical discussions, and prepare meaningful responses. Overall, Claude feels like a reliable assistant that makes my day-to-day professional work easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

What I dislike about Claude is that sometimes its responses can be too lengthy or lack the depth and originality needed for professional journalism. As an editor, I would like it to better understand the context, tone, and intended audience of a story. Occasionally, its writing feels a little generic and requires further editing to make it more engaging, natural, and factually precise. I also feel it could improve in identifying subtle nuances, maintaining a consistent editorial voice, and providing more thoughtful suggestions. Overall, Claude is helpful, but human judgment and editorial expertise are still essential for producing quality professional journalism responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Does It All: Easy Integrations for Analytics, Apps, and SOPs"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

So far, there hasn’t been a single thing I’ve tried to use Claude for that it hasn’t been able to accomplish. From data analytics and consolidation to building apps, SOP's and everything in between. So many integrations and they all happen so easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

I genuinely haven't found anything I dislike about Claude. My only complaint is not having enough time to do and build all the things I want to. If there was anything at all, I'd say the amount of time I've spent customizing, tweaking and training my Claude is borderline excessive and I still feel like it could be better sometimes. "Excellent for Deep Technical Prompts and Thoughtful Design Reasoning"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What stands out to me about Claude is how well it handles detailed prompts and lengthy technical discussions. I find it useful when I want to explore an idea before jumping into implementation. Rather than immediately focusing on code, it can help break down requirements, identify different approaches, and explain the trade-offs. As a computer applications student, I value this because it encourages me to understand the design and reasoning behind a solution, not just copy something that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Claude can sometimes be overly cautious or spend too much time explaining things that are already clear from the prompt. In some coding discussions, it may suggest changing more of the implementation than necessary instead of focusing on the specific issue. I would also like better continuity when working on larger projects, so important requirements and earlier decisions are not overlooked during longer conversations. "Great for coding and natural writing, Summarizing long documents despite message limits"
4/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is how natural its writing feels compared to other AI tools, so I don't have to spend twenty minutes editing out robotic phrasing. The intelligence and performance on complex tasks, especially debugging code and summarizing PDFs, are genuinely impressive. I also like the clean UI and the side-by-side window for viewing code and documents, which makes it super easy to use right away without any real onboarding or learning curve. While I mostly use the web app, having straightforward integrations and API options is nice for our workflow. For 20 bucks a month, it saves me the time every week that makes the pricing worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The biggest downside for me is the message limits, especially when working on long threads or uploading big files. Even on the paid plan, you can hit a usage cap right in the middle of a task and have to wait a few hours before you can keep going. Because it rereads the whole conversation every time you send a message, long chats eat up the quota super fast, forcing you to constantly start fresh chats to save usage. It also lacks built-in image generation and native voice mode on desktop, and customer support can be pretty slow if you ever run into billing or account issues. "Claude Feels Like a Second Set of Hands for Design, Web, and Marketing"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like best is that Claude handles real production work across design, web, and marketing. I’m on a small team where I cover brand, marketing materials, web development, and motion, and Claude works like a second set of hands across all of it. We moved our company website off Webflow into a GitHub repo, and I now make most site changes by working with Claude instead of waiting on a developer. We’ve also built custom Skills for our brand voice and our branded PDF and slide deck templates, so on-brand one-pagers and partner decks come out close to final on the first pass instead of needing heavy cleanup. Artifacts have been an unexpected win too: I can spin up interactive internal tools and working docs that teammates can open from a link. The biggest difference from other AI tools I’ve tried is that it follows detailed instructions and keeps context across a long, multi-step task without drifting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The biggest downside is usage limits. On long sessions, like a multi-step website update or a batch of marketing assets, I sometimes hit the cap mid-task and have to wait or split the work up, which breaks momentum. Visual output can also look generic unless I give it detailed brand direction up front, so I’ve had to invest time in custom Skills and reference examples to get consistently on-brand results. It also occasionally makes confident mistakes in code or copy, so everything still needs a careful review before it ships. On the integrations side, some connectors take trial and error to set up, which makes them harder to roll out to less technical teammates. I’d love to see more transparent usage limits, more design-aware defaults, and simpler connector setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable for Slide Decks and Hubspot-Powered Client Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Having Claude to help with the creation of slide decks is invaluable and nearly worth the price of admission itself. Claude integrates with Hubspot which makes pulling info on clients very straight-forward and makes creating specific and custom decks that much easier and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The least helpful aspect about Claude is it's not good at crafting emails, especially prospect outreach emails without sounding like textbook AI. It gets all of the facts right of course and ends up coming across about as warm as frozen fruit. The only fix I've found is to literally take what it outputs along with the prompt and paste all of that into ChatGPT which then kicks out something far more likely to pass for coming from a human and not a bot. "Project Memory That Feels Like a Trained Collaborator"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

The Project memory. I run a branding studio on a custom operational system called the Flow — a structured set of markdown documents with coded procedures, writing rules, and client records. Claude holds the full context of that system across sessions and applies it without being reminded. When I write “Mete esto en Bitácora,” it executes the logging protocol. When I write “Optimiza este post,” it runs the content review against our specific style criteria. It doesn’t hallucinate the system or approximate it — it follows it.

The other thing is the quality of the writing judgment. I use it to draft and refine copy for clients in the food and restaurant industry. It catches things I’ve explicitly taught it to catch — hollow adjectives, artificial contrast, AI-sounding constructions — and proposes rewrites that actually sound like the studio’s voice, not like a generic output.

For a solo founder managing several active client projects simultaneously, the combination of persistent context and disciplined writing execution is the actual value. It’s not a smart search engine. It’s closer to a trained collaborator who read the operations manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Context limits. My operational system — the Flow — is a large set of structured markdown documents. The full system doesn’t fit in a single context window, so I work from a merged file and use search patterns to pull relevant sections. It works, but it adds friction. On long working sessions where I’m moving between multiple documents and protocols, I can feel the window filling up and have to be strategic about what stays in context.

The practical consequence is that I can’t just hand Claude the entire system and work freely. I have to manage what it sees, which is a tax on a tool that’s supposed to reduce that kind of overhead.

It’s not a dealbreaker. But for anyone using Claude as an operational collaborator rather than a one-off assistant, the context ceiling is the main constraint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Context Handling and Natural Writing for Long, Detailed Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

It handles detailed conversations and understands the context behind what I am asking. I can share lengthy documents, give it multiple instructions and ask questions without having to explain everything again and again. I particularly like its ability to review large amounts of information and pick out important details that might otherwise take me a long time to find. Its writing also feels quite natural rather than overly robotic, which is useful when preparing business communication or explaining something to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One thing I find frustrating is that Claude sometimes becomes too cautious with its responses, even when I am asking for something straightforward. Sometimes its responses can also be quite lengthy when a shorter explanation would be enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for Long-Form Research and Keeping Context"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

As a researcher, I like Claude mainly for how well it handles long documents and keeps the context of a discussion. I can compare different ideas, ask follow-up questions, and explore a topic without constantly having to repeat the background.

What I appreciate most is that it usually gives me a structured starting point rather than just a quick answer. I still verify important information myself, but for exploring ideas, organizing research, and finding different angles, Claude has become a genuinely useful part of my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

As a professional researcher, the main thing that bothers me is that Claude can sometimes make a complicated topic sound more settled than it actually is. When I’m looking into a niche subject, I still have to dig through the original sources because some details or assumptions can get lost in the way it summarizes things.

I’ve also noticed that it can be a bit too cautious at times. Instead of giving me a clear direction to explore, it may give several disclaimers and possibilities. That’s useful for accuracy, but when I’m trying to move quickly through research, it can slow me down a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"claude a powerful ai for research and coding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

The most favourite thing that I like about Claude is the natural way of giving me answers to my prompts. I use Claude daily for some creative writing for my research, generation of new exciting ideas along with breaking down of complex issues into simple topics as well as solving many LeetCode coding problems. It successfully implements the detailed instructions which provide aligned responses without exaggerating. I appreciate its clear interface that makes communication with Claude very easy even in long discussions. What I appreciate a lot about this AI is its ability to correct my writing in a way that keeps the initial meaning unaltered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Claude pricing is one of the most important things that make me not want to use it. It has a lot of restrictions and less token limit in the free version. The subscription is too expensive for me and is relatively high for students and people that only require the use of AI very rapidly. I do believe that there is room for improvement where the customer support is concerned. It does not seem as simple as I’d like to find the right help on my problem. Sometimes a single prompt can finish the entire session limit in one go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
