"Best-in-Class for PDF Summaries & Analysing, Claude Code, and the Excel Plugin"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

For me, I mainly use Claude for analyzing PDFs and creating summaries. One thing I really can’t forget to add is Claude Code—it’s the best and very user-friendly for AI Vibe coding. I also rely on the Claude Excel plugin, which is extremely helpful for me when I need to analyze and extract data from financial statements into an Excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

OK, the main thing I really dislike about Claude is the limited usage on the free and freemium tiers. For cost-efficient businesses or students, upgrading to Claude Premium can feel like a bit of a financial burden. Another issue for me is the limited media support: it can’t generate images or videos like some other LLMs. Also, after a long chat, Claude can get overconfident and start to hallucinate. "Claude Has Become Part of My Daily Work Routine"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

How naturally it understands what I'm trying to explain. As an SEO professional, it helps me make my daily work much easier. I use it for website audits, keyword research, content planning, brainstorming ideas, writing, and finding solutions to different SEO problems. It's also helpful when I need to understand a complex topic or work through a detailed task. I like that I can share my requirements, ask follow-up questions, and keep improving the results through conversation. Many time it's help me to find utility tools idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One thing I dislike about Claude is that it sometimes hallucinates or provides generic answers without properly researching the topic. I often have to specifically tell it to research, verify information, and explore different approaches before getting useful results. Otherwise, the answers can feel too basic or lack the depth I need, especially for SEO tasks. I also don't like having to explain every small detail or guide it step by step to get the expected output. I would prefer it to understand the requirements better and provide more accurate, well-researched answers on its own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Writing Quality and Fast Document Analysis"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

The best thing about using Claude is the quality of the writing and it’s ability to handle a lot of information at one time. As opposed to other AI’s, Claude can easily change the tone and style of the writing so you don’t get any repetition. This saves me so much time as I can just let it write it. I use Claude a lot when researching and reviewing documents. Being able to upload long documents, pull out key points and then ask specific questions really speeds up my time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

1) Sometimes Claude struggles to recall earlier instructions when the conversation gets quite long. It also tends to regenerate large chunks of code even when I’m only asking for a small amendment to a single function. That creates extra work because I then have to review more content than necessary, and it can also use up my usage limit faster than it should. Having more control over how much context Claude uses, or more precise control over how it edits and amends previous outputs, would make it much easier to use.

2) It also feels like there are fewer combined features compared to other AI tools. For example, Claude doesn’t have the ability to generate images, so when I need images I have to switch to other platforms. On top of that, the safety filters can sometimes feel over the top: I’ve had prompts that seem completely harmless in business or technical contexts get flagged. When that happens, I end up having to rewrite or adjust my prompt just to receive an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Helpful AI Assistant for Content Creation, Research, and Coding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is how useful it is for handling different content and creative tasks at Buzz Lab. We use it for brainstorming campaign ideas, writing marketing content, researching topics, creating scripts, and helping with coding tasks. It follows detailed instructions well and gives us a solid starting point, which saves time when working on multiple projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One thing I dislike about Claude is that sometimes it gives overly detailed responses when I just need a quick and direct answer. It can also misunderstand specific instructions or miss small details, so I sometimes have to rework the prompt or make a few corrections. I would also like it to be more consistent when handling complex tasks and longer conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Excels at Long-Document Context and Structured, Natural Writing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is its ability to understand detailed instructions and maintain context when working with long documents. I find its structured responses particularly useful when brainstorming content, organizing ideas, or breaking down complicated topics into manageable steps. I also prefer its natural writing style, which feels less robotic and often needs fewer edits. Another thing I appreciate is that I can share files and ask follow-up questions without having to explain everything again. It makes Claude a useful tool for turning rough ideas into clear, practical outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

My biggest frustration with Claude is the usage limit, especially when I'm working on a project and need several rounds of revisions. It can be annoying to run out of messages in the middle of a task and have to wait before continuing. I've also noticed that sometimes it gives much longer explanations than I actually need, so I have to ask it to shorten the response. Another issue is that I still need to double-check certain answers because a confident response isn't always completely accurate. **Claude is excellent when it works well, but these limitations can interrupt my workflow and make it difficult to rely on it consistently for longer projects.** Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude’s Clean UI and Powerful AI Make Development Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

There are few things are very good in the Claude which are below:

1. Integration: As a developer I can easily integrate the IDE with the development tools so that I can just add the prompt and then complete the development fast.

2. UI/UX: Very clean and clister clear UI / UX so that if non technical person can also be the used easily and also they provide the nice UI/UX to develop anything

3. AI/Intelligence: I have used many AI Tools but the best one is Claude because they provide the proper content as well as in depth solution for the development.

4. Performance: Claude performance is like the best in terms of the other AI Tools. They provide the nice output of the research, coding and different AI Tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

There are few things I dislike about the claude:

1. ROI: There are lots of money around 2000Rs in India which is little bit expensive for Indian people

2. Suppport: Suport of the cluade is little bit late when you need the most of the time to resolve the things but they take around 4-5 hours to resolve the query Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Makes Complex Tasks Feel Simple and Structured"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is how well it handles complex tasks without making the process feel complicated. I find its ability to analyze long documents, work through coding problems, and explain difficult concepts particularly useful. It does a good job of keeping responses structured while maintaining the context of conversation, which makes it easier to work on tasks that require multiple steps. I also appreciate that it responses. Often focus on the actual problem rather than adding unnecessary information. Overall cloud is useful tool. For research, problem solving and development, although the quality of its response can vary depending on the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One thing I dislike about Claude is that usage limit can interrupt my workflow, especially when working on longer coding tasks or analyzing complex problems. Sometimes, the responses also sound confident even when they need verification, so I still have to cross check important details. I have also noticed that longer conversation can become less consistent, occasionally requiring me to repeat context or clarify instructions. I think more flexible usage limit and better consistency across extended sessions would make it considerably more useful for everyday work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI Assistant with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is its strong AI capabilities, clear explanations, and ability to understand complex questions. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making conversations comfortable. Its coding, writing, document analysis, and problem-solving capabilities are particularly useful. Available integrations can also improve productivity by connecting workflows. Performance is generally good, and the overall experience offers useful value for everyday tasks. Getting started is relatively straightforward, although there is room for improvement in integrations, response consistency, and the overall value of paid plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Although Claude is powerful, there are some areas that could be improved. It can sometimes provide incorrect or outdated information, so important answers need verification. Usage limits can interrupt longer conversations, especially when working on complex coding or research tasks. Some integrations and external tool capabilities could be more extensive. Response speed can occasionally vary, and paid plans may feel expensive for users who do not use them regularly. Customer support and onboarding could also be more helpful for new users. Overall, improving accuracy, consistency, integrations, and usage limits would make Claude a better experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid everyday coding partner for debugging and architectural planning"
4/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What stands out most about Claude is how well it handles long, complex context and code logic without losing track of instructions. When I feed it entire code files, error stack traces, or technical documentation, it gives clean, well-reasoned explanations instead of generic boilerplate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The usage limits can be frustrating during long, intensive coding sessions. When debugging complex multi-file projects, you can hit the message cap relatively fast and have to wait a couple of hours for the limit to reset. Occasionally, it can also become a bit overly apologetic or verbose when you ask for a minor fix instead of just outputting the updated lines directly. Having slightly more generous token limits on active sessions would make the workflow much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
