"Trusted, Context-Aware Coding Help with Clean Explanations"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like about Claude is that I trust the AII most for development work. It holds context well across long conversations. It gives me clean, readable code and explains why it made a choice instead of just dumping output. It also pushes back when my approach is flawed, which has saved me from bad architecture decisions more than once. The writing quality is natural and not robotic, so I use it for client proposals as well as code.

If I talk about the performance, It's fast with good reasoning

and it's very easy to use with natural native language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Usage limits can run out in the middle of a deep working session, which breaks my flow. It can occasionally be overly cautious or verbose, and for very recent technologies, it sometimes needs a nudge to check current docs.

It consumes more tokens as the conversation gets longer to maintain the context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Big time-saver for data work, but usage limits hurt"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I use Claude every day at work, mostly through Claude Code and the desktop app, and the best part is that it plugs into the tools our team already uses. With the Metabase, Slack, Notion and Google Drive connectors it can query our data, pull context and then write up the findings in one place, so I'm not copying between tabs. I use it for root cause analysis on our funnel metrics (leads, bookforms, traffic), writing and checking SQL and building business review decks. Custom skills let our team save repeatable workflows, so a weekly RCA or a partner report follows the same steps every time instead of being rebuilt from scratch. It also handles long, multi-step tasks well and explains its reasoning, which makes the output easy to check before I share it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The biggest frustration is usage limits. On heavy days, especially long analysis or coding sessions, I hit the limit partway through a task and have to wait or split the work up, which breaks my flow at the worst moment. It would help to see more clearly how much usage is left before starting a big job. The second issue is connectors that sometimes fail to connect or need to be re-authenticated. When a data source drops mid-task, I have to stop, reconnect and rerun the step, and the error messages don't always make the cause obvious. More reliable connections and clearer errors would make it much smoother for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Human-Like AI That Excels at Complex Questions"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I really like Claude’s natural, thoughtful way of communicating. Its responses are clear and detailed, and they feel more human than robotic. I especially appreciate how well it handles complex questions, breaks things down in a simple way, and still delivers creative, meaningful answers. Its writing style is genuinely impressive, and it’s also very helpful for brainstorming, coding, learning, and general problem-solving. Another big plus is its ability to follow long conversations and maintain context without losing track. Overall, Claude feels like a smart, friendly, and reliable AI companion that makes conversations more engaging and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One thing I dislike about Claude is that it sometimes gives overly long responses when a shorter, more direct answer would be better. It can also occasionally misunderstand the context, or provide answers that still need extra clarification. On top of that, some features are limited to paid plans, and the pricing may not be affordable for everyone. I also feel its integrations and customization options could be improved to make the overall experience more flexible. Overall, Claude is a great AI assistant, but there’s still room for improvement. "High-Quality Writing That Follows Instructions and Explains Like a Colleague"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I really like the writing quality and how well it follows instructions. When I specify the format, tone, or length I want, it usually sticks to that without needing a reminder halfway through. It also handles long, messy input well—like big log dumps or lengthy docs—and the explanations tend to feel like a colleague walking me through the details, rather than a wall of generic text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The usage limits are my biggest annoyance. On busy days, I end up hitting the cap right when I’m in the middle of something. It can also get a bit wordy or overly cautious with simple questions, so I sometimes have to prompt it to just give me the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From technical ideas to working tools, faster."
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I appreciate most about Claude is how it helps me turn complex technical requirements into practical results. I use it for scripting, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and developing tools, and I particularly value its ability to work through detailed specifications and improve a solution over several iterations.

Claude Code is especially useful for moving from an idea to a working implementation. It saves me time on repetitive tasks and helps me explore different approaches, while allowing me to stay focused on the technical decisions and validate the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

I don’t have any significant dislikes so far. One area that could be improved is how Claude handles detailed technical specifications, particularly identifying ambiguities, clarifying requirements, and ensuring all constraints are consistently reflected in the implementation. This would help reduce back-and-forth and make the transition from specification to working code smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Developer-Friendly UI with Strong Code Reviews, Debugging, and Deep Research"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

As a software developer, Claude makes my day-to-day work much easier, especially for code reviews and debugging. The UI/UX is user-friendly, so it’s straightforward to navigate and get things done without friction. I’m also impressed by its deep research capabilities, which stand out to me compared with other AI tools I’ve tried. On top of that, the option to upload and analyze lengthy documents is a big plus, and it makes Claude a valuable tool for both technical work and research-related tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One drawback of Claude is that it sometimes gives responses that are more detailed than I need when I’m looking for something quick and direct. It can get a bit too wordy, spending time explaining things that feel obvious or unnecessary. At times I end up reading through long paragraphs just to find the main point. I also think its answers could be more concise, practical, and to the point, especially for simple questions or everyday tasks. A shorter, more natural-sounding response would often make the overall experience much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns Business Requirements into Professional Solution-Design Diagrams"
4/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I like Claude's ability to turn business requirements into professional solution-design diagrams. I use Claude AI Pro extensively for my work as a Solution Architect. When I provide business requirements, Claude can analyze them in detail, identify key business processes and system interactions, and translate them into well-structured High-Level Architecture and Solution Design diagrams.

What impresses me most is its ability to act as an intelligent analyst, helping me break down complex requirements and produce clear, detailed, and professional-looking diagrams that are close to what an experienced solution architect would create.

Another great feature is its ability to generate Markdown source code, especially Mermaid syntax, which can be rendered directly into visual diagrams. This makes it easy to create, modify, maintain, and share architecture diagrams while keeping the source code reusable for technical documentation.

Overall, Claude significantly improves my productivity, reduces the time needed for business analysis and solution design, and helps me deliver professional-quality architecture documentation more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Although Claude is very capable, there are still some areas that could be improved.

Sometimes, the generated diagrams require manual adjustments to improve layout, alignment, and visual consistency, especially for complex enterprise architecture diagrams. It can also occasionally make assumptions or miss certain technical details when interpreting business requirements, so human review and validation are still necessary.

Additionally, I would like to see better consistency in maintaining context across long conversations and iterative design changes.

Overall, these are areas for improvement rather than major drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Formal, Specific, Well-Structured Responses—Concise and Reliable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

It tends to produce more formal, specific, and well-structured responses, and it usually does so more concisely than other AI models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Hallucinations: when I connect an app to Claude for research, some of the information it gives me is outdated. For example, when I’m trying to improve my career prospects or look up government jobs, the data isn’t always current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Simple Answers That Save Me Time Every Week"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Claude is easy to talk to. It explains things in a clear and simple way. I use it for writing, coding, and studying. It saves me time every week. It gives good answers and understands my questions well. I also like that it can read my files and help me fix mistakes. One surprise was that it helps me learn new things faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes Claude gives me a long answer when I only need something short and direct. It can also make mistakes, so I still have to double-check important facts. It doesn’t always remember details from older chats unless memory is turned on, which can be frustrating when I am trying to continue a longer thread. I also sometimes hit the usage limit and have to wait before I can keep going. At times it feels overly cautious and won’t help with certain requests. I’d also like more features, e.g., image creation, more file types, higher limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Focused Responses That Follow Detailed Instructions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

It reliably follows detailed instructions without drifting off topic. Even with long prompts or large attachments, it remembers the constraints and stays focused. It summarizes dense information accurately, trims unnecessary conversational fluff, and delivers clean results that rarely require multiple follow-up prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The biggest drawback is the message cap. When you are deep into a complex problem or working through code with large files attached, you hit the usage limit surprisingly fast. It completely interrupts your momentum when you have to stop and wait for the reset window just to finish what you started. Having a clearer, more predictable meter showing exactly how much allowance remains would help a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
