ClassBento offers a booking widget that allows other businesses to capture and manage bookings / appointments. ClassBento sometimes hosts the entire website for the client (e.g. https://classbento.co.uk/hobbycraft - Hobbycraft is Europe's biggest art retailer with 100+ brick and mortar stores), or sometimes the business will use ClassBento's iFrame widget on their website - e.g. https://theavenuecookeryschool.com/) ClassBento's booking widget is used by thousands of teachers across AU, UK and US. ClassBento's booking widget helps businesses to capture more bookings (via best-in-class design of product pages, checkout, etc) and also to save time (via automating many processes, including refunds, reschedules, transactional email, SMS, etc). ClassBento's booking widget also allows these businesses to easily cross list their experiences on ClassBento's separate marketplace, to attract more bookings.

What do you like best about ClassBento?

This is an easy site to set-up and navigate. I have had a steady stream of very enthusiastic students who sign up through ClassBento. They are responsive if I have any questions. For educators in the art community, this is a must-use. It is flexible, and you can create listings that work. I use this site everyday for my business. What do you like best about ClassBento?

I have been user of Class Bento for about three years now, and something I admire about the team is how responsive they are to their user feedback. They listen to how they can improve the platform and provide frequent updates and improvements to the software. I LOVE the help they provide with marketing. It is such a load off my back to not have to worry about marketing my classes and chasing after sales. I love that I am in control of my pricing, and can interact with the customers attending my workshops. I love the reports tab, and being able to see organized info from past events, so that I know the important data I need to grow my business even more. Class Bento has taken my small side hobby and exploded it into a full-time, six figure career. Class Bento is like my built in sales and marketing team. Without them, it would be virtually impossible for me to get myself infront of the customers I desire to purchase my services. Aside from this, they also are provide me with tech resources to improve my own website, such as quick links for signing up for events, and a perfectly organized online hub of all of my offerings. What do you like best about ClassBento?

I opened my handmade studio with no customer list. Within three months of signing up, thanks to ClassBento's behind-the-scenes marketing, my classes started selling out. From ensuring listings were SEO-friendly to ranking well on Google and online ads funnelling back to classes, it was like having a digital marketing team!

The backend (dashboard) is also easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and intuitive solutions like listing creation, scheduling of classes, live calendar and customer management with email and sms capabilities. The dashboard also provides detailed business reporting, with options to download in Excel spreadsheets.

Overall, one of the best comprehensive business technology solutions for small businesses, makers and creative studios. Fifteen months in, I'm still running my studio as a sole operator, with Classbento fueling the day-to-day so I can focus on my passion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClassBento?

ClassBento brings the customer to you. Despite not having my marketing budget, my classes grew piggybacking on ClassBento's community and their marketing.

As a sole operator, ClassBento simplifies the admin side of running a studio!

What do you like best about ClassBento?

Very glad we made the business decision to put our creative workshops onto the Class Bento site. When we found out that they have a widget that can go on your own website, allowing people to view & book on either their site or your own, it was a no brainer! This has transformed our booking system, looks professional and has really grown our business. Class Bento initially helped us with writing headings and descriptions for our workshops, which really took the pressure off trying to craft our listings. We found the dashboard is easy to navigate and very user friendly. It has been well thought through and very intuative to use.

The other thing we really like is how proactive they are on social media. If we tag them in a post they will invariably add this onto their own story. we really do feel that they are a partner trying to help us build our business, rather than just a platform that we sell our workshop places on. Until we signed up with Class Bento, we did not have an online booking system. Locals knew about us and were happy to phone or drop in to book. Class Bento has allowed us to cast our net country wide, and we now get people travelling from all over the UK to attend our workshops.
