We are replacing our old intranet and our document archive in Sharepoint with them. With every solution you can see that someone has put a lot of thought into it and that there is many years of experience behind it. The basic implementation is simple. It takes a little longer to use the more complex features. But there is no other way, because with the extensive configuration and setting options you can map a lot of requirements and achieve process improvements. the customer support is the best support, i ever got from a software provider: fast, comprehensive, quick comprehension of the addressed problem and high problem-solving competence. **What do you dislike about Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace?** Nothing up to this point. The only reason I can give here is the fact that the German translation has not yet been implemented across all levels of the application. In addition to the general functions of a classic intranet, we use claromentis for communication and knowledge transfer in our project teams. The project managers were able to form over 50 specialist teams within a very short time and independently fill them with the necessary content. We have already started to use the infocapture application, based on initial messages, to individualize the further course of such a process and to optimize processes by incorporating the workflow features. We will continue to expand this for many further requirements. We are also already using the learning apps to ensure that knowledge is transferred to our employees in a sustainable and documented manner. A potential that we want to use intensively in the future. All in all, everything we represent in claromentis now or in the future is documented in a comprehensible manner. It offers pretty much everything you could want and does most of them pretty well. It's quite customisable and the InfoCapture application can be used to manage a wide variety of business processes. The support is excellent and the Claromentis team is good at engaging with the user base. Implementation with SSO was pretty easy. At first implementation we had three separate on prem Active Directories and were serving different information and brand identities to different user groups. **What do you dislike about Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace?** The site search isn't the best, but we're advised improvements are on the way. The documents library application doesn't have drag-and-drop functionality, which confused some of our users initiallly. Some apps in the system are better developed than others. The ticketing system is highly adaptable and can be used for so many different use cases, such as first-line support, information gathering or as a simple order form. The knowledge base is a great feature for storing process & procedures, as it has a built-in functionality which allows you to write your content in system, rather than uploading PDF documents. My personal favourites are an integrated LMS with SCORM functionality a well designed Knowledge Base and a simple document system for PDF's to publish information. Permisssions and newsfeed makes it a very complete eco-system for most of our information, from QM to LMS all over to information sharing. Claromentis supported the implementations process of the system. Our organisation is using the system full out, from managament to our reception desks. **What do you dislike about Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace?** The document management system lacks some functionality in the standard process for review and commeting cycles, but as a publishing platform it works fine. Furthermore, the intuitiveness of the system is also one of its best qualities, this is proven by the buy-in from users all around the company and also our sister companies (we have rolled out three versions of Claromentis' Intranet software with a fourth also in the pipeline) thanks to its simple but effective design. Staff throughout a business are usually hesitant to engage with new systems however, this wasn't the case here at Utmost which is thanks to the quality of the software's design. Anything that is custom code related such as custom widgets and custom CSS can be a nuisance. This is because there is little to no documentation relating to the customisability meaning that we have found ourselves guessing as we go a lot of the time and using the inspect element tool on the browser which isn't always reliable. Another aspect that could be better is the response time to change requests we raise. When provided, the quality of the support is high. From an administrative point of view, it is easy to maintain and edit content. Loading documents onto the server means employees can access these all from the same area, we have made the intranet the first place for employees to go to external systems and portals they use in their day-to-day work. Their platform provided us with a simple method for creating our company intranet site without any programming experience needed. There are tons of built-in apps already made for the site and it has the flexibility to allow the customer to customize it immensely. It also supports AD Integration and MFA which are a requirement these days. Any support ticket I have ever opened was answered promptly and professionally. **What do you dislike about Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace?** As for dislikes of the site, there are not many. I have found a few "like to have" items, and Claromentis supplies us with a portal we can use to submit Ideas and Requests. They then look at them and might implement them at a future time. **What problems is Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an internal Intranet website to house company news, employee info (birthdays/anniversaries), links to company sites, image galleries, etc. We wanted something that anyone could add content to without the need for programming experience. Moreover, even if you run into any issues, they will be more than willing to hold your hand and guide you to your flight to safety. Having said that, if you're slightly experienced then you won't even need this kind of training as the software is pleasing to the eyes and reasonably easy to workaround. **What do you dislike about Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace?** Nothing major to dislike or highlight any specific negative about Claromentis. It is a fabulous experience using this once you're trained and they make sure to optimize, update and fine-tune/correct any bugs/issues they may find through their research team or through user feedback. **Recommendations to others considering Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace:** Claromentis sells itself with the tagline, "a digital workplace that your staff can call as home". Key features that have been particularly beneficial to our operations include: - Infocapture: This e-form and workflow feature has enabled us to streamline previously complex processes that involve multiple stakeholders, departments and systems. We currently have over 40 live e-forms in regular use, supporting us to administer a wide range of activities from internal recruitment and staff onboarding, through to data breach reporting and customer change requests. - News: Department/project managers and thought leaders across the organisation use this feature to share updates with colleagues on procedural changes, upcoming events, staff achievements, customer success stories, national/international days of observance and much more. Staff can interact with news stories through 'liking' or commenting, and we regularly release articles in conjunction with intranet 'takeovers', where we change the theme, layout and imagery of the whole platform in honour of the news story/event in question. I have no programing or software background and I was able to start using it immediately. When I had a question, their 'Discover' site had the answers. The more I learn about the system, the more capabilities I discover. I also appreciate their willingness to accept suggestions for upgrades from users. All aspects of the intranets fit the needs of any business perfectly. They know the system inside and out and have been very helpful whenever we call upon them. The page designs are easy to setup. We have 5 unique user types so we created a separate space for them to use. Each space is tailored to their specific needs. **What do you dislike about Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace?** I would like to have more control over reporting and custom notifications. We utilize a lot of custom user fields and only particular users need to be alerted when certain dates expire or documents have been uploaded. We've been able to work around this and it has not been a major inconvenience at all.
