That it's been built on solid AI foundations, meaning less painful processes and associated admin = more time for strategic, meaningful work

**What do you dislike about ClarityLoop?**

Nothing major, there are still tweaks here and there we are making to more fine tune a product that's within it's infancy compared to other providers.

**What problems is ClarityLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's taking away manual work and streamlining our processes ensuring it's giving a great employee experience all round.

It's solving the real-time feedback to team members. The problems are corrected within hours, not days or months. And the celebration of wins is instant.
