Clarity Connect is a full-featured contact center native to Skype for Business. This means Clarity Connect adds missing functionality without duplicating or complicating the infrastructure or call control. **What do you like best about Clarity Connect?**

I was pleasantly surprised that Clarity Connect fit perfectly with my current Skype for Business implementation. It complemented features such as skills-based routing which has revolutionized the way that customers are connected to the ideal agent.

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

I did not see the option to escalate a call or able to flip flop a call without loosing context. Call transfers from one agent to the other may not be a very smooth process.  This puts the onus on the agents to explain issues from start to finish, much to the chagrin of the customer.

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity Connect has turned my tiny customer support staff into a nicely oiled machine. Skills-based routing makes sure that clients are connected to the right agent for their complaint, thus resolving them much faster and satisfactorily.

**What do you like best about Clarity Connect?**

Clarity Connect perfectly works with Skype for Business. I am glad that all programs differents features are easily accessed from the Skype platform with just a single click without having to go through several different programs.

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

Clarity Connect has a problem with data reconciliation.There are always issues of syncing which often result in double entries and wrong information about the customers. It generates a lot of tedious tasks for agents who may have to deal with comparison of data differences.

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had some disorganization in our call center. It meant that there was no skills-based routing implemented, thus customers who get annoyed get connected to the wrong agent. Thanks to the use of Clarity Connect, we’ve witnessed an enhancement of first-call resolutions and customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Clarity Connect?**

Let me tell you that Clarity Connect is a great solution because it seamlessly works with Skype for Business. To be able to have all the call center features at my fingertips and within the familiar confines of skyp is a major plus.

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

Clarity Connect has not integrated well with our CRM system or marketing automation platform, which has meant a lot of setup and manual data entry involved. This disrupts workflows and creates data silos which is counterproductive for a contact center solution.

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would hazard a guess that within Skype for Business, Clarity Connect has helped provide significant improvements to your principal contact center tasks. The tools for call routing, agent handling, and reporting have all improved significantly.

**What do you like best about Clarity Connect?**

I value the convenience with Clarity Connect. The call recording and quality checking highlights have been instrumental in further developing our client support group's presentation.

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

I can only with significant effort track specialist execution by unambiguous client fragments or drill down into call surrender reasons. This makes it challenging to enhance our general contact community tasks.

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity Connect has smoothed out our call community activities. The easy to use interface makes it simple for specialists to explore, and the implicit elements like call recording have assisted us with recognizing regions for development.

**What do you like best about Clarity Connect?**

Working with their business strategy and consulting services teams was one of the top highlights.   We collaborated to create a strategic vision and craft insightful roadmaps to empower our business for the better and outpace our biggest competitors.

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

Dislike isn't the best word to describe. It sounds too negative. There were some hiccups along the road during the initial sales process, but that happens every time a product is evaluated.

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have our call centers be entirely cloud-based to save money. We got our ROI within 9 months.

Fast internet, affordable prices, no throttling or slowing down

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

I don't dislike anything about the service

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Xfinity as my internet provider and paying $125 a month to use it. Despite paying so much, I still faced poor video quality, constant call drops and slow speeds. With Clarity, I pay much lesser and I get good connectivity - it's a win in my books!

Easy to use, clean and simple interface.

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

UI - clicking an agent expands their history but re-clicking it doesn't contract it. 
Buggy - At every session, "Hide Queues" setting is not saved.

it was very illustrated and the color we're great . I love the black background and the writing in colors . 

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

at times the info seemed innacurate , like when i would try to transfer a call it would not connect , they're we're a lot of crashes .  

**Recommendations to others considering Clarity Connect:**

they will need to communicate with the staff of clarity connect to make sure they are working on the glitches .

knowing the calls on queue , knowing if you're colleagues we're available , I was able to transfer calls.

**What do you like best about Clarity Connect?**

I like that my team does not have to use a separate client along with their SfB chat client.  Clarity Connect is fully integrated into the native SfB client.  

**What do you dislike about Clarity Connect?**

We have not come across anything we do not like about the product.  

**What problems is Clarity Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system was constantly crashing and we had to monitor it every day, making test calls to ensure the system was up and functioning.  That does not happen with Clarity Connect

It is cloud hosted, hence can be accessed from a browser anywhere.

The interface is very dated and not very intuitive. It has some learning curve to get to know your way around the tool.
