**What do you like best about ClaimDeck?**

One of the biggest advantages is how seamlessly ClaimDeck allows attorneys, paralegals, and claims professionals to collaborate. Sharing updates, uploading reports is faster and more transparent than ever. This ensures everyone is aligned on case strategy and no detail slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about ClaimDeck?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything I truly dislike about ClaimDeck. The platform works smoothly and does exactly what I need it to do. If a minor issue ever comes up, their team is incredibly quick to update, improve, and roll out fixes. Their responsiveness makes it clear they listen to user feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.

**What problems is ClaimDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For insurance defense work, where accuracy and efficiency are critical, ClaimDeck helps me by cutting down on repetitive manual tasks and providing insights into case progress. I’ve been able to dedicate more time to substantive legal work that directly benefits our clients this way.

**What do you like best about ClaimDeck?**

ClaimDeck allows carriers to get real time updates about their files without having to request an update from the attorney. I also like how ClaimDeck helps the attorney stay organized by having a section for the budget, current resolution strategy, settlement negotiations, and a task tracker.

**What do you dislike about ClaimDeck?**

ClaimDeck can be improved by having more sections that can accommodate the sections/questions that are contained in carrier specific report templates.

**What problems is ClaimDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClaimDeck is solving the need for carriers to request reports and updates regarding a case. Rather, they can look at the matter in ClaimDeck and see what the attorney has been doing on the file. This allows attorneys to have more time to work on the file rather than drafting multiple reports for different carriers.

It’s easy to use and set up reporting and case status. It makes budgeting easy and has a great system for case evaluations. The system makes reporting easy and helps with overall case assessment.

**What do you dislike about ClaimDeck?**

Its security is set up and occasionally kicks you out without saving.

**What problems is ClaimDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s centralizes reporting, budgeting and it helps do the math to appropriately evaluate cases.

I like how case details are so easily accessible and the ease of access within the website.

**What do you dislike about ClaimDeck?**

Sometimes the search bar takes a few seconds to process the search.

ClaimDeck helps me stay organized and on top of my cases, as well as helps me provide a snapshot of the stage of litigation to the client seamlessly.

I find ClaimDeck to be very helpful for reporting and sharing information with the adjusters timely and efficiently. The portal is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about ClaimDeck?**

I have no negative things to say about ClaimDeck.

Timely reporting to adjusters without the need to email and export documents.

Excellent software and CRM for the insurance litigation and risk management software.

**What do you dislike about ClaimDeck?**

I cannot speak on too many downsides or items I dislike. This is a fairly recent startup so there are hiccups, but the support staff is amazing and timely.

CRM for insurance litigation.
