The product has been launched in 2021 and it’s already trusted by more than 750 companies and exclusive partner of Binance in CIS. Citypay offers companies to accept payments in cryptocurrencies in the ways suitable for their businesses, this includes: API Order - accepting payments directly on business websites. Wordpress Plugin is also available for businesses using WordPress. E-mail Order - By using Email Billing businesses can receive payments in cryptocurrency without API integration. Point of Sale (POS) Order - POS Order allows companies to receive payments in a physical store by installing citypay’s POS app. - By integrating Top-up balance API companies will enable their customers to deposit the desired amount of cryptocurrency in supported coins. Currently, Citypay enables companies to accept payments in 6 cryptocurrencies (BTC, LTC, DASH, ZEC, BTG, BCH), and to get paid exact amounts in 4 fiat currencies including regional currencies (USD, EUR, GEL, TRY). In the product development plan by end of 2022, we will support payments 2000 coins. What do you like best about citypay.io?

CityPay is a simple and easy cloud based tool which can be integrated with your business to do various activities like deposit,withdraw and transfer of cryptocurrencies for business and clients.

It is frequently used by small merchants and small entreprenuers to receive money for large orders in cryptocurrencies and is easy to transfer the money to various commercial bank accounts.

Easy to use and implement the API integration,POS and even email orders are supported via different channels and can be used frequently to place orders.

Variety and frequently used crypto like Bitcoin,Ethereum,Solana,Matic etc all are supported for the exchange.

What do you dislike about citypay.io?

CityPay has many plus points like instant settlement fraud protection but there are few cons like :

i. Little bit of high transactional fees for transferring funds to other accounts.

ii. Exchange rates have slight gap as compared to real market which can cause little extra price difference for exchanging cryptos with liquid money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is citypay.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great application to integrate and receive money in the crypto format and also gives good opportunity to exchange the crypto with real 50+ currencies for different regions and zones. Citypay is an excellent option for managing online payments. It allows the seller to focus more on the sale. The platform offers buyers the majority of payment methods, such as Visa and Mastercard, or mobile payments. But I appreciate even more the crypto option, a payment method that is becoming more and more popular. Concerning security, nothing to complain about. I have already integrated Citypay on a merchant site. Even if I find it a bit expensive, it has a lot of potential. It offers a wide range of payment methods to customers, from classic solutions to the latest ones. The platform has a high level of security. Even if the integration looks rather complex, for the buyer, it is a real child's play. Given the reliability and security, Citypay is a platform that I highly recommend.
