**What do you like best about Citrus Consulting Services FZ-LLC?**

The team at Citrus were always very helpful and tried their best to provide the solution that was designed

**What do you dislike about Citrus Consulting Services FZ-LLC?**

Unfortunately the product that Citrus were trying to use, NetApp StorageGRID, did not do what it said on the tin. Citrus had failed to explain all of the requirements for StorageGRID so whe it was implemented it required a lot more resources than we were told and the product itself needed to use a lot more of the RAW storage than we were told it would require so the end result was less usable space. The product is not very easy to manage either.

**Recommendations to others considering Citrus Consulting Services FZ-LLC:**

Citrus are a great team but the products they were using didn't do what we we hoped they would, that said they may be a good fit for others.

**What problems is Citrus Consulting Services FZ-LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Citrus were helping to solve an issue we had with large amounts of data spread out in all of our regional offices.
