The team at Citrus were always very helpful and tried their best to provide the solution that was designed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Citrus Consulting Services FZ-LLC?

Unfortunately the product that Citrus were trying to use, NetApp StorageGRID, did not do what it said on the tin. Citrus had failed to explain all of the requirements for StorageGRID so when it was implemented it required a lot more resources than we were told and the product itself needed to use a lot more of the RAW storage than we were told it would require so the end result was less usable space. The product is not very easy to manage either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
