What do you like best about Cited.?

I use Cited. to generate GEO tips for my website and it's been great because I've been getting what I need so far. I didn't know about things like JSON-LD schema and LLM.txt files, so it was really helpful to find out what they are and what they mean to my brand's GEO; Cited. even created one for me. I've noticed I'm getting more traffic since using these features. I like the routine audits, as they make me feel confident that I am covered. Cited. keeps up on the current GEO landscape, so I don't have to worry about it. The audits identified issues and the recommendations I received helped me fix them. I'm excited to use Solutions more, especially as they will allow me to easily automate the GEO fixes needed for my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cited.?

Not any big downsides, sometimes there are too many features which isn't a bad thing in the grand scheme, just takes a little while to get them all down. Good problem to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cited.:

If you need something to drive traffic and aren't getting the results you need through traditional SEO (in our case it was too expensive), Cited is an easy platform to start using for free. Free trial which we used and then converted, well worth the money. Paid for itself in first 30 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cited. solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use them for our website traffic to drive potential buyers and customers through AI search like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, etc. The tool is very user friendly, simple to use and navigate and the results are impressive. We were able to go from not being ranked or recommended by AI search to being number 1 and 2 and becoming the AI answer in AI Overviews for several categories. Pricing is affordable and the solutions and recommendations they kick out are solid. Doesn't just show you the gaps but helps you fix them quickly. Good for us as we don't have a web developer team.
