5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

Very easy to use as an Authenticator. Easy as a click of a button. Setting up was simple as well! If you need to set up multiple accounts then just click add! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Mobile Setup for Multiple Machines, Mostly Reliable Performance"
4/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

ease of use on mobile app, and ability to set up multiple machines and validations on one account when we use many different machines in daily work. Price point is good and performance has been mostly repeatable and reliable save for some instances of not sending a push notification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

The inexplicable tendency to not send a login push at times, that are generally not repeatable to solve the issue. Sometimes the easiest thing to do is resend the push if after 30 seconds or so the original one does not arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Seamless Two-Factor Authentication with Cisco Duo"
5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

What I like most about Cisco Duo is how simple it makes two-factor authentication. The push notification is quick and easy to approve, and it adds an extra layer of security without making the login process complicated. Once it was set up, I barely had to think about it during day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

The main downside for me is that the repeated authentication prompts can sometimes get a little annoying, especially when logging in multiple times during the day. Occasionally the push notification also takes a few seconds to arrive. Apart from that, I haven’t faced any major issues with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Cross-Device Authentication"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

Ease of use. I have used it on Android and iPhone and it seamlessly works on both. The notification button makes authentication a breeze without having to go in the app every time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

Not much to complain here. But at times, the authentication notification doesn't come up. It requires multiple refreshes within the app for the popup. But again, this is rare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Multi-Factor Authentication with Cisco Duo"
5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

I love that Cisco Duo makes it easy to sign into things with single sign-on, so I'm not always having to type in my password. It's easy to use and navigate, making logging into applications a breeze. I use Duo Push a lot and love the ease of receiving an instant mobile app prompt to approve or deny my login in just one tap. The setup was also incredibly easy, with the app being simple to download and get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

At this current time there is nothing I dislike about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly but Requires Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

I like that Cisco Duo helps ensure no one logs into my account without my permission, providing a strong layer of security. I appreciate how it protects against phishing and is fast and simple to use. The initial setup was very easy and self-explanatory, which made getting started a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

Sometimes, Cisco Duo causes occasional friction with frequent re-authentication, which can slow down my workflows. Also, having to bring my phone during work to use it is a hassle. It would be more convenient if there was an email push option instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Device Visibility and Access Control, but Offline Codes Can Be Cumbersome"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

What I like best about Cisco Duo is the visibility it gives us into user devices and how easy it is to control which devices can access our systems. That added layer of device awareness helps us enforce stronger access policies and gives us more confidence that only trusted devices are being used. It is especially helpful from a security perspective because it makes it easier to manage access without creating too much friction for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

What I dislike most about Cisco Duo is that administering offline codes for server access can be frustrating, especially in environments where reliable fallback access is important. While the platform works well overall, some administrative tasks can feel more cumbersome than they should be. There is also a learning curve when configuring more detailed access policies. "Convenient but Phone-Dependent"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

I mainly use Cisco Duo for the multifactor authentication, which I guess saves time. I appreciate that I don't need to remember all the different passwords to various tools, as it's all in one place. The single sign-on feature is seamless and unintrusive, allowing me to access other tools I need with added security. Worked well with the VPN and as an SSO integration in general. There were multiple authentication methods which was a positive for when I forgot my phone at home. Good for both desktop and mobile use. One tap approval worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

Sometimes it's problematic because I need to use my phone with it. If I've forgotten my phone or it has a bug, it just becomes problematic to try to log in. There are definitely better single sign-ons out there. Sometimes if Wifi at work was not that stable then the code would arrive late. Sometimes the push notification did not load, or rather timed out I think? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cisco DUO has been our most reliable 2FA solution so far"
5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

Cisco DUO is very intuitive for both the end user and admins alike. The DUO app works with all kinds of mobile devices that I have come across and appears to stay up to date. The DUO solution is integrated with our Cisco Firewall solution so it is easily managed. The App performs very quickly, though it does rely on a decent network connection of almost any type. Cost associated with DUO is very reasonable compared to other solutions, and support is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

There is not much to say here, other than the DUO Push solution is sometimes too qick. The end user does not expect it to only allow them about 7 seconds to approve the prompt. However this is almost always a breif learning curve to just be prepared when you hit confirm on the laptop knowing the prompt on your mobile device is following asap. "Seguridad Confiable con Facilidad de Uso"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?
