It can also be used to demonstrate spaces on campus that we are not able to access if they are visiting us in person. The support provided from the Circuit team has been wonderful. Great experience! **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** I wouldn't say I dislike anything. It does require some maintenance in terms of updating content/photos etc. to ensure your providing the best customer experience. Having time to do this can be a challenge depending on human resources at certain times of the year. **What problems is Circuit Virtual Tours solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circuit is allowing us to connect with customers in ways we were not able to before. Beyond Media is always figuring ways to not only innovate their own product but yours too. The product is also well made and functions well. Its constantly evolving and getting better. Its extremely helpful for our clients to see our product and generate leads. **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** I would love it if the new innovations would be done quicker, but I understand it's a process, and everything needs to be tested for execution. I uploaded all content, including copy and images, to the CMS, and asked Anny a ton of questions! She would always respond in a patient, friendly, and prompt manner, often including a blog post about the topic in her answer. Circuit is an information station. You can tell that the employees are inspired just by the kind of work that they put out. If I lived in Toronto, I would work for Circuit! **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** CMS training took place over a call and was recorded our reference. I would have appreciated to receive this information in writing as it's easier to reference. **What problems is Circuit Virtual Tours solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are allowing international students to view our space, our surrounding space (downtown) and our services from their home country, as well as domestic students who may have limitations to seeing the space due to COVID. ### 5. We have been able to seamlessly integrate the tour and platform into our processes, online and in-person events, and communications, allowing us to reach more end-users and better connect with prospective students. The immersive experience for end-users has resulted in more satisfied prospective students since we launched. **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** With so many options available for customization, we weren't sure where to start, but the training sessions and help videos allowed us to quickly understand all aspects of the platform and how we can continue to add functionality to improve the tour. **What problems is Circuit Virtual Tours solving and how is that benefiting you?** With local public health guidelines restricting our ability to connect in-person with prospective students, the Circuit Virtual Tour has allowed us to bring our campus to them and show them the many features available to them at Brock. The platform has allowed us to better showcase 360-degree images, still photos, and videos all in one space, with full integration on our website and in communications. Further, we have been able to add to and edit our tour in real-time to stay up-to-date with changes on campus. The audio guide, multi-language feature, and map have added to our user experience and help to further showcase our campus to our target audience. ### 6. There is great usability with this software and even if we get stuck, customer support can assist us in minutes. **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** Not necessarily about the software but to make this on any virtual tour successful you need a strong plan to photograph, and write about each space. It is probably more time consuming than you would realize **Recommendations to others considering Circuit Virtual Tours:** If you are looking for a virtual tour provider you should do yourself a favour and contact Circuit. They have been great partners, from signing the contract to publishing a tour. **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** There isn't much to dislike. In the beginning, the software's layout was confusing at points - with me often saying, "why can't I do this here." **What problems is Circuit Virtual Tours solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers have enjoyed the tour so far. The main benefit we are getting is keeping potential students (and parents) looking at our school longer.
