What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

Circurt really fills a gap that has been missing in higher education. In the past, our virtual campus tours were difficult to update, and our previous vendors simply missed the mark. Circut understood what we needed and recognized how important a virtual campus tour is for higher education in today’s market. On the surface, a lot of companies appear to offer similar end products, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Once we got into the project and kicked off with our implementation team, we all looked around the table and had the same clear thought: “We made the right decision.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?

Very little to actually cause concern. My main gripe is how quickly the technology has been changing, as 360 cameras have been improving at a rapid rate. We purchased a camera for ultimate flexibility after we had completed our initial photoshoot. No one could have known that a new breed of cameras was introduced in the middle of our project. What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

What I liked most about Circuit Virtual Tour is how patient the team was. Our college took extra time approving contracts because we had been with another virtual tour company for years before switching to Circuit. Even though we’d used the same provider for a long time, once everything was approved, the integration with Circuit was smooth and fast we launched the first draft of the tour in just two months.

The platform offers so many options to showcase our campus in ways we never could before. For the price, we were able to highlight a wide range of spaces on campus. The team kept us organized and on track with weekly check-ins leading up to the launch. The Circuit Virtual Tour also includes features for almost everything, making the tour feel more personalized and helping students easily find exactly what they’re looking for. What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?

What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

Circuit’s customer service is incredible across the board. Everyone we’ve worked with has been consistently kind, attentive, and extremely responsive (shout out to Chris!). They take our issues and ideas seriously, and they act quickly to address them. The weekly check-ins were especially helpful for keeping us on track throughout the process. It made implementation seamless. Thanks to the production team, the final tour looks fantastic. We also especially love the customizable voice feature, which lets one of our real students participate and makes the tour feel more authentic and personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?

There were a few user-facing elements we hoped would include specific features that don’t exist yet (for example, a more precise way to navigate through builds within the map feature, audio for Matterport hotspots, etc.). Ultimately, these are all relatively small items. That said, every question we brought to the Circuit team was answered transparently, and the features we wanted but didn’t yet see (or that didn’t quite work the way we expected) have been shared with their development team. They’re very receptive to feedback, and in the couple of months we’ve been working with them, they’ve already rolled out solutions to some of our requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experience with Circuit has been fantastic from the start. The onboarding process was smooth, thanks to Chris and Emma’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail. They walked us through each step of the onboarding process in a way that made sense, and wasn't overwhelming—even with our tight timeline. The platform itself is intuitive, and I love how easy it is to make updates, customize tours, and manage everything independently. Honestly, there’s very little to complain about—there are so many impressive features that I still haven’t had the chance to try them all. Working with Circuit gives the impression that your company is truly being looked after. When the two Circuit workers came to take all the photos, is was definitely my favorite day of the month. What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

The Circuit CMS is very user-friendly. The Circuit team was very helpful when it came to inputting the initial 360 scenes and 2-D photos into the CMS. After the visuals were in, it was easy to organize them within the CMS, input the copy, and other features like hotspots. I also like that Circuit makes our virtual tour easy to maintain. My organization's previous virtual tour was created, but never updated, but the Circuit platform allows for easy and quick updates/changes. I also like that there are multiple features within the Circuit platform that help keep the virtual tour current. The timed calls to action make it possible for our Admissions team to highlight upcoming visit events for prospective students to attend. Additionally, the back end analytics provided by the Circuit platform are insightful and allow us to see what is working in the virtual tour, and what needs improvements in real time.
