What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

What I liked most about Circuit Virtual Tour is how patient the team was. Our college took extra time approving contracts because we had been with another virtual tour company for years before switching to Circuit. Even though we’d used the same provider for a long time, once everything was approved, the integration with Circuit was smooth and fast we launched the first draft of the tour in just two months.

The platform offers so many options to showcase our campus in ways we never could before. For the price, we were able to highlight a wide range of spaces on campus. The team kept us organized and on track with weekly check-ins leading up to the launch. The Circuit Virtual Tour also includes features for almost everything, making the tour feel more personalized and helping students easily find exactly what they’re looking for. What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?

I can’t think of many downsides. The only area that could improve is the AI voice generator it sometimes struggles with pronouncing certain words. Other than that, no real complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

Our experience with Circuit has been fantastic from the start. The onboarding process was smooth, thanks to Chris and Emma’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail. They walked us through each step of the onboarding process in a way that made sense, and wasn't overwhelming—even with our tight timeline. The platform itself is intuitive, and I love how easy it is to make updates, customize tours, and manage everything independently. What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about—there are so many impressive features that I still haven’t had the chance to try them all. Working with Circuit gives the impression that your company is truly being looked after. When the two Circuit workers came to take all the photos, is was definitely my favorite day of the month. Lots of fun while getting plenty of work done. Circuit seems to understand the level of undertaking it takes to get a project like this done and holds out a hand along the way. It is definitely a lot of work, you will in fact need a team that is partially dedicating their time to this project. However, the Circuit Virtual Tours team breaks it into bite sized pieces that make it completely do-able and it is absolutely worth it for the finished product. What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

Switching to Circuit has truly been one of the best choices we've made. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the customer service has been outstanding. Implementation was straightforward, with the Circuit team providing support throughout the process. Using this platform has enabled our college to broaden its outreach. The option to customize each tour for different events and programs is extremely useful. Additionally, the map feature on this platform stands out as the best in the industry. The platform is impressively well organized, but at times this level of structure can make it feel somewhat tedious to navigate through the various groupings of tour scenes. What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

The Circuit CMS is very user-friendly. The Circuit team was very helpful when it came to inputting the initial 360 scenes and 2-D photos into the CMS. After the visuals were in, it was easy to organize them within the CMS, input the copy, and other features like hotspots. I also like that Circuit makes our virtual tour easy to maintain. My organization's previous virtual tour was created, but never updated, but the Circuit platform allows for easy and quick updates/changes. I also like that there are multiple features within the Circuit platform that help keep the virtual tour current. The timed calls to action make it possible for our Admissions team to highlight upcoming visit events for prospective students to attend. Additionally, the back end analytics provided by the Circuit platform are insightful and allow us to see what is working in the virtual tour, and what needs improvements in real time. What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

The system is very intuitive and it was easy to set up our tour in a short turnaround time. Making updates and adding content has also been seamless. You have a lot of control over your content and can make immediate updates, unlike other platforms I have used in the past. Customer support was responsive when I had questions and set up regular meetings to support our time through the implementation. Integration was a piece of cake! What do you like best about Circuit Virtual Tours?

As a platform, Circuit provides a seamless and robust development experience. We captured our own 360 photography internally and were easily able to upload and replace any content as it was shot. Additionally, in the copy/content stage, our Circuit Representative, Emma, was on hand to review and provide advice for what we had written. From day one to launch (and even afterwards), the Circuit VT team was organized, professional, and flexible, providing regular check-ins, fixes, and even developing a feature on the fly to meet our specific needs to make implementation and integration easy! What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?

For any issue we had during development, the team was highly interested and capable of providing insight or bug-fixes, and so there really isn’t anything to say here. As it is developed, we would like to see more options for customizing the front-end and a few minor quality-of-life enhancements in the back-end, but Circuit has already heard these suggestions, and are working on them, and all of these are very minor compared to the whole experience Circuit provides!
