Everytime we face an edge case in our delivery process, we realize that Circuit has already thought of it and has baked it into features list. Seriously seriously love this thing. Dashboard is incredibly easy to use. Very easy to set up and onboard new drivers as well. **What do you dislike about Spoke Dispatch?** Talked to the Circuit team -- looks like live driver tracking is on the way. This was my only minor piece of feedback, but they're already on it. Very excited for that feature **What problems is Spoke Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a meal prep delivery business with a small, time sensitive delivery window. We're delivering to ALL of our customers in NYC in a 2 hour window. Circuit's dashboard has made managing that process / defining those routes a gajillion times easier. I seriously love this product. And customer support is incredibly fast ### 2. They listen to feature requests. It's easy to integrate with the help of Zapier to Salesforce, Google Sheets and the likes. **What do you dislike about Spoke Dispatch?** Nothing. We would love to have phone number masking (so customers see our company phone # when our drivers call them) but we'll solve that another way. Extra custom fields would be cool, coming soon we hope, and the ability to exclude matching of certain specific addresses with specific drivers (not easy, we know). **What problems is Spoke Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It manages our meal route planning operations. We manage our data in Salesforce and were looking for a native solution, which doesn't exist. Circuit for teams is the next best thing. ### 3.
