I held on to my Circle account for a while after that project ended, and have just returned because the interactive features are simply unmatched. For our community, the discussion feature and gamification/leaderboard elements are what we're learning to lean into from a community-building lens. From the admin side, setting up automated onboarding emails and the weekly digest has been amazing. **What do you dislike about Circle?** The price is a tad high for us in this start-up phase. That said, virtually all the viable alternatives we considered that would meet (or come close to) our needs are comparably price, or higher. **What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary goal and challenge, is to design and build a community of women from across the United States that feels intimate, invites candor and vulnerability, and cultivates reciprocal relationships through a 100% virtual experience. I feel that it is very helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Circle:** I would recommend others to use Circle Pay if you are sick of using checks and want money delivered quick. I enjoy being able to pay with just a few clicks. **What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I am solving with using Circle Pay is getting money to clients fast. There is no wait time with having to send checks in the mail. ### 4. For example when I use Prolific to earn money for completing studies they pay in British Pounds. Turning my earnings into US Dollars doesn't have any fees if I wait to cash out until I have at least 20 Pounds. And if I want to cash out with less than that amount, their foreign currency fee is less than PayPal's fee. So the fewer fees are a big plus to me. I like that exchanging currencies between countries is not a hassle. **What do you dislike about Circle?** There is not anything that I dislike about Circle Pay. However, bringing back the referral program would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering Circle:** If you're experiencing high Paypal fees, compare Circle Pay and you may be pleasantly surprised. **What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circle Pay makes transferring foreign currencies to my US bank account simple and frustration free. It also makes it easy to transfer money between friends, say if we all went to eat and wanted to split the bill. One person can pay and then we can all chip in our part the person who paid by sending money via Circle Pay. It's really convenient to use, especially with their smartphone app. ### 5. I have never had any to wait that long for a response. The representatives always reply quickly and professionally, which makes me feel comfortable using their services. **What do you dislike about Circle?** This way to pay others is less well known than other apps, which causes problems when I am trying to have transactions with others using Circle Pay. **What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circle Pay seems to have better security measures than other services which make me feel comfortable conducting business. It helps to transfer money almost in the blink of an eye. And the best thing about circle pay is that it's easy to get the balance transferred to my bank account or debit card directly without any hassle. I highly recommend my friends to use to. **What do you dislike about Circle?** The application sometimes crashes for the android version.
