My National Account Manager was out on leave, and two of her co-workers jumped in with the same responsiveness. We have worked with Circa (LocalJobNetwork) for ten years, my experience with the team is always positive. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** I do not have anything that I dislike. All interactions have been positive. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circa's primary function is to meet our OFCCP requirements for posting to all the Workforce sites for each state where we have offices. This function saves us the internal person who would be required to update postings per the OFCCP requirements constantly. Over the next year, we will be contacting more of the network of DEI partners, organizations, and associations. ### 2. In addition, they have hundreds of other websites they partner with that automatically scrape our job postings. It's a win for everyone. Also, anyone we have worked with at Circa has been fantastic. So helpful and go out of their way to make things easier. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** There is honestly nothing I dislike about this product. It has been a great tool for our company. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because our recruiting team is lean, we did not have capacity to post jobs to each and every job board. Circa takes that burdensome administrative task and does the work for us. They scrape our careers page and automatically post our positions so we can focus on other work. ### 3. I like the report card/summary at the end of the month. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** That we are not able to decide what agencies/associations we can post our positions in. For example, we need to reach out to a certain population and that's pre-determined by Circa, we can't change that. That was not explained to me, before hand. The solution that was offered, was that I had to call and make connections with agencies and send the postings myself to the new connections I make. Also, if I have all new connections, I can add them to Circa, so Circa can be able to connect with them. Also, the layout of the dashboard/main page when you log into Circa is a bit combursome to me, it just looks like a list and you have to search in each list to see what it is or what's available, not very user friendly because it's too simple. Hope that makes sense. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only issue was the one noted above. I haven't had time to create more connections as I've wanted to, I only was able to do one or two. Wish the system was more helpful in that aspect or we were able to decide what associations to send our postings to. ### 7. It keeps us compliant with OFCCP requirements. While compliance is the number one reason I use the tool, I really appreciate their training offerings too. Finally, their account representatives are on top of our account. If we post in a state other than the norm, I immediately receive a notification so that I can remain diligent with our compliance efforts. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** I have zero complaints.
