No response to job posts, some technical glitches with the product, and some training that was more like a sales pitch. It allows you to make sure that you have your jobs out on the required job boards for compliance, but also additional to go beyond compliance and reach a very diverse candidate pool. This outreach can save you a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** Some parts of the tool require a lot of time to be able to use fully and properly. If you want to use it to the full extent, you need to have time to record and document your own outreach efforts, which requires diligience. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** Make sure that you have the time to really dig into this tool because it is robust and very helpful but requires diligence. They've had the contacts we necessarily did not have, and the time it would take for us to send out our job postings to these contacts would take up so much precious time! But I'm afraid some of the compliance things will be left in the dark. It's clear that those interfaces haven't been a priority for upgrading. Some of the interface, mentioned above, is not easy to navigate - almost as if there are too much information and outreach organizations to even know where to start. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** I don't know who their competitors are, but Circa was easy to use and customer service has been great.
