Some of the functionality in Circa is not ideal. For example, you must enter "maximum years of experience" for your job postings. I wish that field were optional, as most positions don't have a maximum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search function is a bit cumbersome. There are so many ways to mess up how I am looking thru different organization's pages, but only one way to get it right. Not the most intuitive interface, could have a better dashboard when logged in. Additionally, the linkage agents leave a little to be desired. I've been messaged several times from 'partners' that say they aren't an organization that helps hire or they aren't interested in receiving positions from our organization, yet they are part of Circa's network.
