It allows my team and I to remain compliant, find diversified candidates, and connect with our sources we normally do not through our usual job boards. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The contacts that are associated with the different organizations are not always accurate. Also, jobs expire to quickly. We have roles that stay open a bit, so having them expire does us no good. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our EEO compliance issues are solved with Circa. I'm fully confident that if I'm ever audited, that we are 100% compliant. Also, it does allow us to increase our diversity hiring. Circa has a large and diverse network that they work with. I have been able to connect with contacts in different industries. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** We do not get circa resumes to our actual Applicant Tracking System. They either stay stuck in Circa or on the company's database. It is time consuming to have to go through each site to look at resumes. Also, some sites don't even include resumes or give a good description of work experience so it is hard to filter through **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** Make processes more automated; work with your partners to have resumes reach a company's ATS system or to have the company representative get email notifications that someone has applied. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** See statement above. If a new state that we don't have an account with comes up, they send us an email to let us know, which has been very convenient and helpful for us! **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** I do wish that Circa (Local Job Network) had more external job boards to post to or provided resources on how to manage external postings to industry-specific job boards. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far since we switched over to Circa, we have not had any specific problems. Our Account Manager has been responsive when we have questions or want to update something. Our team is very busy and saving our team members the time it would have taken to post jobs ourselves for compliance, is an area that this tool has helped us a lot in so that we can focus on more strategic initiatives. ### 8. They take care of all the initial data feeds and scrapes from your site, so there is very little work that needs to be done on your part outside of adding in some company profile information. The reports that they offer are pretty intuitive and are good roll-up summaries for the organization - they come via e-mail each month without you having to remember to go and pull information manually from a system, which is nice. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The reporting options have improved a great deal (we started with diversityjobs.com before their integration). Since the integration though, the functionality and transparency has greatly improved. It is an all-or-nothing kind of package that they offer related to their site package, so be careful if you use a programmatic job sponsoring platform that you aren't double spending on the same sites and competing against your own job postings. Be especially careful with this as Circa has gone through a re-brand and many other platforms still refer to them as LocalJobNetwork. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** The cost is relatively low considering how much we spend on other paid sponsoring sites. Once things are established, there isn't much maintenance associated with the account, and there is a great resume database available as well for your recruiters to utilize. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circa helps to target a more diverse audience for job postings that isn't offered by other major job boards. Aside from their job scrape, they offer their own resume database to source from. We've found that there isn't a lot of crossover with the other databases that we use, which is helpful and beneficial to ROI Overall, this platform gives us better insight into diversity sourcing results beyond what is offered by our Applicant Tracking System. ### 9. It works exactly as it should. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have no issues and once it was up and running, it just works for us. When I do go in to make changes, it's very intuitive. This helps us post jobs in the states we recruit in on the state job boards and keeps us in OFCCP compliance. We have seen a slight uptick in diverse candidates but not enough. Yes the videos help navigate and let you know where everything is but when I search for qualified candidates I need a hundred different filters and I don't find the resulting candidates to be that applicable to the positions I am posting. Resumes and historical information is saved, making it relatively easy to recover and repost a job. The option to have your company featured is a valuable way to get more attention to your organization. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The cost is high for a low number of respondents and candidates that fit the requirements for a job. Applicants are typically not qualified yet require review by recruiters. For our organization the ratio of candidates to submissions is very low and the placement rate is even lower. This may not be entirely the issue with Circa as job boards, in general, seem to have this issue. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a staffing organization, we're try to find candidates that are hired by our clients. It was great for tracking and organizing applicants throughout the process, and also keeping them informed on what is going on for each step. The system also allows you to sort and rank where applicants fall, which was extremely helpful for hiring managers. You can also field many of the communication strategies through the platform to help keep applicants informed, and customize messages. My managers found it helpful in building templates that they would use within it for the common communication types. We ended up seeing a pretty big reduction in time spent as well. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** So many features, that it can take time to learn how to use them all.
