The resume database is extremely helpful in my sourcing efforts as well. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** I don't see many downsides to Circa, honestly. It doesn't have an extremely modern interface like some other sites, but that doesn't bother me. There are many search filters to use to help filter through different areas or different lines of work. I also like that there is an Applicant Tracking System within the platform, which can be used for searching for candidates. It's a great concept. Circa also has people available to answer questions as needed if you need assistance with anything pertaining to the website. There are even videos that you can watch that help to understand the platform. I also like that while doing outreaches, information for the organization and the people connected to the organization are readily available to see. It makes outreach more simple as you can see exactly who you are messaging. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The platform is semi-outdated, and the applicants in the system are usually 5+ years old. Having new, updated candidates within the platform would be more useful to reach out to more candidates. It isn't very fruitful to reach out to candidates who submitted their resumes 5 years ago because chances are they are looking for a different salary range or a different position altogether. The website could also be updated to become more modernized as well to compare to other diversity programs out there. Although it can be user-friendly at times, sometimes it is difficult to find something on the website. It can also at times prove to be confusing since it is so outdated. I also dislike that when doing diversity outreaches to organizations, I can't reach out to multiple people from different pages at the same time. Every time I go to a new page, I have to send those already selected an email and then I have to go to the next page and send more emails. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circa is attempting to become more user-friendly and up-to-date with other platforms which is beneficial. No real downsides. I also like being able to add a questionnaire for our referral program. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The UI is outdated and is less appealing to use. The options to make posts more aesthetically pleasing are also limited. Part of our mission is to stand out from the crowd. Give us the opportunity to invest in the design and impression our posts create. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are obviously in a staffing crisis, and it's nice to have another option/platform other than indeed to attract applicants. Milwaukee Jobs users are obviously expanding their horizons, which means they actually want to work. It also benefits us to have applications and resumes go right to the hiring manager's email inbox in plain text. They are more likely to engage than if they have to log in to view candidates. ### 39. Even so, its not a huge lift to maintain both. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** If you need to extend your reach or comply with OFCCP standards, Circa is a one stop shop **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small organization that truly cares about bringing in diverse talent. That being said, we are a small recruitment team and using a dedicated platform to extend our reach is huge.
