I was initially sceptical if an automatic rule-based system like Chinafy could help us improve our website experience for visitors from China because of dynamic content, videos and all that. It's not maintenance-free, but works quite well. **What do you dislike about Chinafy?** It took a few months until the setup was running reliably. Support is very helpful though. The service was already quite expensive, and after one year traffic prices got drastically increased again. Custom arrangements are difficult. There was no onboarding for the self-service portal. **What problems is Chinafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vistors from China often could not access our website, and we could not find any easy way to improve this. With Chinafy this seems to work reliably now, even with reasonable performance. ### 3.
