Always professional, friendly and swift in response. The platform is always evolving and keeping up with customer feedback. Meets our business needs and more **What do you dislike about FleetWave?** Technician app. Requires urgent update as workshops are key end users. Manufacturer check sheets need to be manually set up. These can be attained from Manufacturers and set up without the need to manually set up. Geo locations and mapping limitations. Still need to use other suppliers to get this. Login issues with Drivers, ongoing issues with drivers needing reset passwords via desktop. This needs to be possible via the app. **What problems is FleetWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capturing operational performance and costs. key to managing LAS fleet ### 3. I can build on the fly, and it doesn’t take a code release to make enhancements or fix configuration bugs. That means I can roll out a new smart form on a Tuesday, instead of waiting until after hours on a Friday night. **What do you dislike about FleetWave?** The UI feels like a database with an overlay. Even if that’s the architecture, why have the look/feel of it? The PAB submissions I’ve submitted would make a system admin’s life easier. 1. When I get the pink banner for an error captured in the activity log, why give me a 20 digit number? Give me a link to see what the error is. 2. Hopefully when we get back home, our application speed is maintained, but why the lack of progress/loading bars everywhere? Updating inventory via the stock inventory tool for example. I get to show details with the excel import but I don’t get the visibility with closing the inventory and updating the totals? Even as a regular desktop user going to work orders, I don’t get a loading spinning wheel or any indication my click was recognized. Lack of clarity leads to multiple clicks that leads to delayed loading and then we have a poor experience. 3. If we know long running scripts are performance killers, why can’t I be made aware somehow? The system should be able to tell me what query is causing the bind. **What problems is FleetWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s helping us create structure around critical areas of our business. The software is no longer the bottleneck, and deployment is much smoother now. ### 4. Looking forward to the new dashboard which seems much more user friendly. The most important aspect we can look up is how easy it is to manage variaus industry solutions. Also it has a smooth integration with other system and technologies. The way to implement it is also easier. **What do you dislike about FleetWave?** Since FleetWave being a management software, it does the best job at its capabilities. Although if you are stuck somewhere in the software, the only thing that could be better would be the customer support. The response can be quicker, apart from there is nothing that is to dislike. **What problems is FleetWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** FleetWave, being a management software solves problems like tracking real-time location data and much more. I am a User under an organisation where I used this software to track compliances on vehichle inspectio, driver qualifications etc. It solves the indulgement of manual labour to check vehicles and inspect it, which I think is very efficient. ### 10. FleetWave has amazing dashboards that provide real-time analytics to help better manage our needs. **What do you dislike about FleetWave?** The stock functionality is a bit clunky. I feel like it's a lot of steps to add parts, check inventory, add to the inventory, etc. You can't do everything you want on one screen, which would have been ideal. But I get it. Just frustrating when requesting a part, only to find that someone hasn't updated our inventory in core. **Recommendations to others considering FleetWave:** We did a full RFP and discovered of all the players, FleetWave better met our requirements. However, make sure you have your requirements straight. They're very good, but like most companies, they're going to do configurations and customizations (we had very little of these) to the letter of your requirements. Make sure you have design sessions to ensure you get what you need. **What problems is FleetWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using a legacy system to manage our fleet. It was out of date, and wasn't user-friendly. It also lacked on reports. We had to spit everything into Excel and run our own reports.
