I find the cost and value proposition of Chetu appealing. The team is responsive and effective in addressing my long backlog. What problems is Chetu solving and how is that benefiting you?

We hired Chetu for an Autotask/QuickBooks integration and had a very poor experience. The project was sold as a ~500-hour effort, but after more than 1000 hours it was still unfinished, and costs more than doubled the original estimate. The solution delivered was outdated, expensive to maintain, and built with little regard for scalability or cost efficiency. Their team also showed a lack of QuickBooks knowledge, which caused repeated delays. Every weekly meeting we were shown "progress," but the demos never worked as expected, or at all. When we tried to escalate concerns, our requests were ignored until we finally spoke with an Operations Director, Jaideep Sharma, who was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, we were left with an overpriced, incomplete, and impractical solution. We strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging Chetu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
