**What do you like best about Chaty?**

I like that Chaty offers more features and the form feature is amazing, as it helps me gather information from leads. I also find that the initial setup was simple and effective.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

It could improve the cost to be more competitive, but its free version is the one that offers the most in the market.

I use Chaty to be closer to our customers. It is a flexible tool that allows me to communicate with customers on all platforms.

**What do you like best about Chaty?**

I like that Chaty is a simple icon that lets me add all my socials and ensures they're available on all pages. I also appreciate the attention notifications and the user interface. The attention animations highlight the Chaty icon, making it easier for users to interact with it. Additionally, the initial setup of Chaty was pretty easy. Also the team is super friendly feel free to reach them if you have any issues they always help.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

I think Chaty could be improved by adding FAQ responses or a custom bot. It would be great if basic Q&A responses could be added or automated through OpenAI or LLM integration.

**What problems is Chaty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chaty lets me share my socials easily on all pages with attention animations, and it's a simple icon that keeps them accessible.

**What do you like best about Chaty?**

I truly appreciate Chaty for its ease of use, which simplifies providing support to students in my Thinkific course. The platform is user-friendly and allows for a seamless experience, making task navigation smooth and uncomplicated. Additionally, the availability of a tool that enables selecting from about 30 different communication channels is invaluable. This feature is not only versatile but also straightforward to set up, enhancing my ability to communicate via multiple methods effectively. Furthermore, the initial setup of Chaty couldn't be easier, which speaks volumes about its usability and accessibility.

I had a problem with the LinkedIn channel, but their support quickly pointed out the problem and helped me resolve it.

**What do you like best about Chaty?**

i'm a google ads expert. this widget is the only widget that i was able to track whatsapp message conversions for google ads. it was so easy to set the whatsapp message conversion tracking. i was trying to fix that conversion tracking issue for a year. Currently all of the conversions on google ads comes from the chaty whatsapp widget.

User interface is significantly simple. Can't be better.

customer support is amazing. i got immediate reply to my message from a real human.

i'm trying to find what might be better but so far it's the best.

**What problems is Chaty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chaty solved a problem I’d been stuck on for over a year. As a Google Ads expert, I needed a way to track WhatsApp message conversions properly—and this was literally the only widget that made it possible. Setting up WhatsApp conversion tracking was insanely easy, and now all of my conversions on Google Ads come directly from the Chaty WhatsApp widget. 🙌

The user interface is super simple and intuitive—honestly, it couldn’t be better. Plus, the customer support? Top-notch. I got an immediate response from a real human who actually helped. Can’t recommend it enough if you're serious about tracking and performance. 🔥

**What do you like best about Chaty?**

The chat widget lets you engage your audience where they are and where YOU are. I am glad it also allows access to Chatway live messenger for centralized communication. CRM /leads feature is nice if you are not using a CRM for lead capture.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

No build in live chat or phone app for distributed call centers...if I understand correctly.

Engaging with my clients where they are.

The thing that impressed me the most is the efficiency of the support service. The features available with the free plan allow you to use WhatsApp effectively. Easy to use and for anything, they help you immediately to solve the problem.

For now, there isn't anything I don't like.

I asked support how to change the logo and text and I was able to modify them as I pleased.

The easy use, through it I can integrate directly with my site on WordPress by adding custom widgets to my liking.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

Due to lack of resources, many more "integrations" or directions could be added to help us take the Lead elsewhere.

**What problems is Chaty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can integrate it into my website, making it so that everyone who accesses my site can be redirected to other social networks, currently WhatsApp and Instagram, but Chaty itself offers some others. It is benefiting me a lot in terms of conversions, many people enter my site and through the Widget are directed to my WhatsApp, where I can make the conversion one-on-one.

Integration among options could be improved when having set up multiple functionalities. The team is great and fast to assist you. Price is on the higher end but seems reasonable if you can get to take advantage of a tool like this.

Developing this for our communication needs was super easy. Customising to however we wanted was a very welcome touch. We didn't need much support, but the team were always happy to help.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

There is nothing that I noticed during my time with Chaty to list as a dislike. It was a great product and suitably priced for the company I used it at, and would happily recommend.

Developing better communication for customers with the GP's and admin team. Not only is delivering this key, but the ease at which the admin is conducted behind the scenes, the already mentioned customisable options, is fantastic.

**What do you like best about Chaty?**

chaty is a great app wherin all our customers who are on any messgener group comes under one roof and chatting is possible with them. ie Clients on whatsapp, Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger etc. It makes it really easy.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

Sometimes the application hangs, which takes time to respond to the customer. Atleast once a day it happens but majorly no more issues with the app. Once it happenned that the reply of the client showed as delayed response.

Majorly all the chat apps can be functioned through a single App. Hence you don't have to use different apps for having an interaction with clients. This really helps a lot.

**What do you like best about Chaty?**

The chat feature is very easy to copy/paste into our existing website on Wix. It was also super-easy to implement a custom link to Signal Chat. Done and forgotten about, this is what small associations like us need when improving their communications with members.

**What do you dislike about Chaty?**

The free tier doesn't contain geo features to restrict the views that count towards the free monthly 500 quota. It would be great to have a much lower pricing for associations that have been granted tax-exempt status in their jurisdiction compared to 9 Euro a month of the basic package.

**What problems is Chaty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chaty helps us engage customers easily and quickly on many channels - something that is especially important for our disabled association members. We have yet to evaluate in detail how this works out and whether we keep this feature going in the future - but there's little that speaks against it
