"Enhances Collaboration Despite File Sharing Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatWork?

I use ChatWork for instant messaging, video calls, and easy file sharing, which supports external collaboration effectively. I appreciate having 24-hour support because it's reassuring that there's always support there when you need it. I also like the typing indicators, as they enhance the live and interactive feel of the platform. The automation tools are beneficial for handling routine tasks and routing chats efficiently. I find the analytics features helpful for tracking performance and gaining insights from chat data. The initial setup of ChatWork was very easy and didn't require much hard work. What do you dislike about ChatWork?

I find that ChatWork has limited features which can impact the user experience. I also have difficulties with the process of sharing files. The free plan is very limited, and the mobile app can seem quite outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable and Productive Communication Tool for Teams"

What do you like best about ChatWork?

ChatWork makes team communication incredibly smooth and organized. I love how everything—chats, tasks, file sharing, and video calls—stays neatly structured in one place. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy for anyone to adapt to. Task management inside chat rooms is especially helpful, allowing conversations to turn into actionable items without needing separate tools. Overall, it truly boosts productivity and reduces back-and-forth confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatWork?

There’s very little to dislike, but a more modern UI with advanced customization options would make the experience even better. Integrations with more third-party platforms could also enhance workflow automation. While these are minor areas of improvement, they don’t affect the core performance of the platform. "Simple and Easy to Use, but UI Feels Outdated"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChatWork?

Chatwork is best in terms of simplicity. It is as easy like using whatsapp or telegram. No hard integration and so less time to adopt. Secondly, it has free tier so that i can experiment before i buy. Lastly, it also has task management system so i dont need external application for assigning tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatWork?

UI is little old school. When you migrate from slack or Gchat to this, you may feel bit bored. Honestly, it cannot outbeat in terms of features offered by other giants but good for someone who want to start without price overhead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
