**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

Air traffic control is literally perfect when it comes to participating with website visitors in direct chats. There is this feeling of having a virtual assistant act as my customer service representative and at the same time keep it a convenient part of my easy to use Slack workspace.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

Sometimes visitors on the website send a message, which may not be read amongst the thousands of Slack notifications being received. It would be interesting if there was a way to sort out chats from highly prior ones or get an aleart when high-priority message has been written.

**What problems is Chatspell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatspell removes the necessity of displaying another application window and ping tab for chatting with visitors of the website. It saves me time to the maximum point, and, what is more important, all of the customer interactions are recorded in Slack so my team and I can collaborate on every aspect of the project.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

Installation is a breeze.  If you already use Slack, this works extremely well in adding a live chat feature on to your website.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

I didn't see any way to remove the Chatspell branding.  The branding is fairly minimal and is only on the initial screen when the user first starts their chat.  The customization of the widget seems to be non-existant, but it looks pretty good out of the box.

**What problems is Chatspell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time communication for leads.  Sometimes we miss out on mobile-centric clients that don't necessarily want to email.  They would prefer to call or chat in real-time.  Chatting is a more convenient solution to calling, as we don't have a large staff to handle high volume calls.

What i like most about is the efficiency of the tool. The tool also integrates well with other third party application making it ideal for collaboration. Everything about the tool works like margic.

Nothing is least useful in the tool. Not encountered any challenge.

We use the the tool for our live chat.  The tool allows web vistors to engage and get instant solution. The tool has an inbuilt AI that helps to sort costomers complain on our eplies delay. It also support multiple languages.

Chatspell has features that helps companies capture customers, where it engages them in the form of a customer support. 
The software has a simple and easy to use dashboard, where conversations are saved automatically. Further, notifications are shared in realtime, and this helps in offering assistance in real time.

The platform is offered free, and it swiftly integrates with other communications platforms, hence, there is no challenge or operational concerns.

The most effortless and constant solution in matters communications and live chat is this tool, where it gives imemdiate responses to website visitors. Further, the tool helps in learning their insights, which facilitates the decision making process. The conversations are saved automatically, and this ensure no information loss in case of any security attack.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

Chatspell is one of the amazing AI-integration, we can use in every kind of work whether it is professional or day to day life etc. The live open AI chat integration win my heart everytime. It is very easy to use, integrate and implement. It also has great customer support facility. The most amazing thing it has 14 days of free trial that makes you dilema free whether you should worth of or not.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

I think its little bit costly that I personally not feel so much worthy. Other wise its good, I don't feel anything else that i can dislike about it.

**What problems is Chatspell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helps me in answering so many technical questions as I am working as Senior Technical Recruiter.It save my time and efforts and I don't need to explore different websites to get appropriate answers.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

I find Chatspell to be a poor platform with a higher price tag. It needs to provide a free trial option. Does not allow some customization for the chat widget. There are issues and room for improvement in customer support.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

It would be better if provided language options and made integration easier for technical users. Compared to chat software Chatspells user interface is not as user friendly which make communicating with customers difficult.

It doesnt solve all the problems associated with chat software. These factors hinder customer interactions. Become frustrating to deal with. Chatspell is obstructed. It has not resolved all our communication problems.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

What I like most about the tool is its integration with slack. It makes response to website ticket easier and timely. The tool also has a ticketing management that helps to sort different tickets depending on urgency. It has many features such as text to speech.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

No such a major dislike but would let them work on text to speech particularly when translation is involved.

We use the tool for the purposes of responding to live chats. With the help of slack we are able to respond to all request and close the tickets under one platform.

Chatspell is the easy to integration,implemented with Slack. this make my communication  easy and simplified to engage with web visitors via Slack.

Nothing much just that it does not support all languages.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

Best live chat app till now. i use it every day in my office I use it. With just one click I can able to install it my Slack. it provides the best features like saving my conversion and giving me notifications when I need them. customer support from them because it is really good.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

It does not provide multiple languages. also need more features on Slack like a telegram feature to send images to convert text. suggest new things. auto writing, schedule messaging.

it provides me notifications of my conversion and also provides ai generated replies which help me more in Slack. in just a few clicks I can access all features directly from Slack.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

It's an interactive live chat platform that's easy to use. What I like most about the tool is that you are able to chat with everyone regardless of the language barrier.  It supports multiple languages. The support team are also willing to assist when one is stuck.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

The translation is not 100% accurate especially on the grammar part.

**What problems is Chatspell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the tool to chat with the Web visitors.  With thr tool we are able to convert about 80% of the Web visitors to our clients.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

Chatspell facilitates communication with website visitors. It is very easy to use and implement. I use it frequently in my work. It contains a lot of features and we can integrate it with chatGPT and AI tools. Also, it has a good level of customer support.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

As it is a new system some errors are generally found by its users. Its customer support feature should also be improved. Its integration with AI tools is not very easy. We need some technical skills to integrate. It is little bit costly.

We can handle different queries of new website visitors. This helps us to save our time and provides next level of service to the visitors.

I can communicate with my future client immediately, easily, and clearly with just a few clicks. The integration is quick and very easy to use and install on the site.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

The Menu Widget for client conversation is not customizable and is not available in other languages. I had a bit of difficulty making the people who accessed the site understand what it was about.

I am able to clear doubts live with all my clients, this is very important because in this way I can achieve many more conversions on the site, the chat is completely immediate and an easy-to-use resource.

This enables Slack Support instead of having to integrate a specific plugin to my website. Which my team can gain access to and answer queries without any specific lead times on waiting for authorization, its managed via workspace.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

$39 per month is a bit steep. I like the free trial but perhaps to motivate more users to the platform rather go 30 days

It helps visitors that access my page, enquire about specific study material, without having to email and pend responses, everything is live so whomever from my team is available can answer.

Its basically a free chat tool which is Slack Integrated.
Secondly, its Free. :)
You are ready once installed for the Support activities that you want to provide to end users.

Nothing as Such, can have some Specific Font features to exaggerate the chat.

Initially, needed to follow up with multiple threads and was unaware when somebody needed help. It was mostly on call resolutions that too, for small small things.
However, integration of Chatspell has helped to save time and on-call support.

There are glitches and the need, for improvements in customer support. It requires some skills that add value to the system to a limited extent.

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

It would be great to have real-time alerts for when assistance is needed. Currently relying on phone calls for issues feels inefficient and disrupts workflow.

Chatspell is unable to resolve all the problems Ive encountered with other chat software. Its less user friendly interface and hectic functionality make communication, with customers difficult.

**What do you like best about Chatspell?**

It is so easy to use! Similar to Teams and other software, Chatspell was easy for colleagues to quickly learn and use. It was easy to implement in our organization. I have no experience with customer support, we haven't had to contact them. 
We use Chatspell daily now and we are so glad we switched!

**What do you dislike about Chatspell?**

nothing! We have liked this better than Teams.
