Air traffic control is literally perfect when it comes to participating with website visitors in direct chats. There is this feeling of having a virtual assistant act as my customer service representative and at the same time keep it a convenient part of my easy to use Slack workspace. Sometimes visitors on the website send a message, which may not be read amongst the thousands of Slack notifications being received.
