**What do you like best about Chatify?**

The best in class UX Design has made me love the subject and it's is pure of class to understand and work with the tool along .

Especially the feature that allows you to attach file in a live chat section is pure bliss.

**What do you dislike about Chatify?**

The windows app sometimes crashes when we do documentation and it's a bit buggy.

Some animations might have been built even more dynamic as the animations are very simple

**What problems is Chatify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Involving in a support system to help customers and internal stake holders live with the flawless cheating facility has enabled and brought a decent ROI within a short span of time we worked with the tool.

Especially the ability to chat within a team is built in so it proves that to be a 2 in 1 tool
