5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes when you’re having conversations when you’re further down in the conversation, it will forget minimal things like if you give it certain punctuation tasks or have it right in certain amount of characters it will forget and just slowly start adding that back in so you do definitely have to check that. "Versatile Time-Saver for Writing, Research, and Idea Analysis"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like best is how versatile ChatGPT is. I use it for writing, research, grammar checks, image editing and analysing ideas, and it saves me a lot of time in everyday work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes the answers can feel too generic or overcomplicated, and image editing does not always follow the instructions exactly. I also find that grammar corrections can occasionally change the tone too much, so I often need to adjust the final wording myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ChatGPT Work Automates Tasks Across Apps and Files with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Chat GPT Work is the one I use the most.. You tell it a goal, and it can jump across your apps and files and finish the steps for you, even on websites you're signed in to. You can also set up scheduled tasks that react to things like a new email or a Slack message... and its pretty fast in doing things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

My only gripe is that sometimes the first AI answer is too generic and I need to ask again with more detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Essential Tool for Digital Marketing, Translations, and Images"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Everything. It helps me a lot in my digital marketing work: to make reliable translations and to create images for my designs. The truth is that it has become the essential tool of my daily activities; it makes my work easier, supports me at all times, and is very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Well, it's not that I don't like it, but for example, I see that for administrative tasks, it could improve. In my case, for these types of tasks, I rely on other AIs because maybe with ChatGPT those functions are not as developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Learning Data Structures and Tough Concepts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is very useful especially when I'm stuck somewhere in the middle of a problem. As a BTech computer science student, I use ChatGPT pretty regularly while working on DSA, coding assignments, and personal projects. For example, if I don't understand why a particular LeetCode approach works, I can first ask for a simpler explanation, then go through a dry run, and finally ask for the C++ implementation, it makes the overall process really fast. I also use it when I'm working with a library or API I haven't used before and need someone to explain the documentation or help me figure out an error. It feels less like searching for one specific answer and more like having something I can keep asking questions to until the concept actually makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The biggest issue for me is that it can sound very confident even when the answer isn't completely correct. This is especially noticeable with coding because a solution can look perfectly reasonable but still have an edge case or a small implementation mistake. I have also had conversations where the response becomes unnecessarily long when I only needed a straightforward answer. So I still treat its answers as something to verify from other sources rather than blindly copy, especially for code and technical concepts. Also you need to have the GO or PLUS subscription if you need to upload many images/pdf into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Explanations That Save Time for Learning and Coding"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I like that ChatGPT explains difficult topics in simple language. It helps me solve problems step by step and saves a lot of time. It is especially useful for learning, coding, and improving my understanding of new concepts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes ChatGPT may give incorrect or outdated information. It can also misunderstand the question when the prompt is not clear. Sometimes ChatGPT gives answers mostly in points when I need a proper paragraph. I would prefer more natural paragraph-style answers when I specifically ask for them. "Useful Research Assistant for Business Compliance Consulting"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is that it helps me with the initial research and analysis involved in my consulting work. I regularly use it for queries related to the Companies Act, GST, taxation, accounting and other regulatory matters. It is also useful when I need to understand a complex provision, compare different compliance requirements, prepare a research note or find possible approaches to a client query. It saves considerable time during the initial stage of research and helps me structure my thoughts before preparing the final response or advice for the client. I would rate the value as very good for the cost. I use ChatGPT regularly for research, analysing client queries, understanding complex compliance provisions and preparing initial responses. It saves me a significant amount of time and reduces the effort involved in starting research from scratch, so I feel the subscription provides good value for the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I sometimes find that the answers need to be verified against the latest legislation, circulars or regulatory updates, particularly for professional compliance work. For matters involving the Companies Act, GST, taxation and other regulatory requirements, I use ChatGPT mainly as a research and analysis support tool rather than relying on it as the final source. I also find that the quality of the response can depend on how clearly the query and background information are provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Conversational, Context-Aware Help That Makes Problem-Solving Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is that it makes information and problem-solving feel conversational. Instead of simply returning search results, it can understand context, explain difficult topics in different ways, ask useful follow-up questions, and help develop an idea step by step. The pricing feels reasonable for the value provided. The features save time, improve productivity, and make the overall workflow more efficient. I feel the benefits justify the cost and provide good value for money. The pricing feels reasonable for the value provided. What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

What I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can sometimes provide confident answers that are inaccurate or incomplete. It may misunderstand a question, rely on outdated information, or miss important context. It can also be overly verbose, repetitive, or generic when a more direct answer would be better. "Excellent Personal Assistant for Research, Writing, and Scripting"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

It's an excellent personal assistant. ChatGPT assists me in content research, creation, and editing. On top of that, whatever little scripting work I may have to do, ChatGPT is super intuitive with it.

The tool has barely any learning curve, so onboarding is a breeze, the interface is intuitive, and their Go plan is very affordable. I haven't integrated with any third-party tools so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I don't understand, but it drones on with its responses many times, no matter how much you include in the prompt to keep responses short, it goes on providing endless replies. It doesn't hallucinate much as before, still you've to be very careful and need to verify the responses for accuracy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"What ChatGPT Does well still to this day"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Advanced Reasoning & Writing: ChatGPT, especially in its GPT-4 and GPT-4o versions, excels at generating clear, coherent, and often creative responses. It’s widely used for writing assistance, coding help, research, and even image generation.

Multimodal Capabilities: The latest models can handle more than just text—they can also process images, audio, and files. For instance, GPT-4o can translate spoken conversations in real time and extract data from photos or PDFs.

Customization & Memory: Users can create custom GPTs tailored to specific tasks, and the system can remember preferences and context across sessions, which helps keep interactions more consistent.

Accessibility: It’s available on web, mobile, and desktop, with both free and paid tiers. Even the free version still provides access to strong features like voice and image input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Common Concerns About ChatGPT

Inaccurate or Made-Up Information: ChatGPT can sometimes generate responses that sound confident but are factually wrong, incomplete, or outdated. This is especially risky in areas like health, law, or finance, where even small errors can have real consequences.

Privacy & Data Use: Some users are concerned about what happens to the information they share. If data isn’t handled carefully, it could be used to train models or, in the worst case, expose sensitive details. Samsung and Apple have both restricted employee use for this reason.

Overreliance on AI: Another concern is that people may become too dependent on ChatGPT for writing, thinking, or decision-making. Over time, that kind of reliance could weaken critical thinking and reduce creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
