Charlie Lounge Reviews & Product Details

Charlie Lounge is a cloud-based CRM platform built on GoHighLevel that combines customer relationship management tools with an AI assistant called Evelyn AI. It is designed for small and medium-sized business owners who need to manage contacts, automate communications, schedule appointments, send invoices, and get guidance on using their CRM system. Evelyn AI is a conversational assistant integrated directly into the platform. It stores persistent memory about each user's business — including goals, client details, preferences, and past decisions — and uses this context to provide relevant answers and take direct actions within the CRM. Actions include creating contacts, updating pipeline stages, adding notes, creating tasks, and sending messages. Before executing any action, Evelyn presents a confirmation step so the user can review and approve what will happen. The platform includes a knowledge base of 1,318 guides covering CRM features in English, Czech, and Spanish. Users can ask Evelyn questions about the platform and receive step-by-step answers drawn from this knowledge base. Core features include contact management, sales pipeline tracking, appointment booking, invoice creation, email and SMS marketing automation, website builder, and a social media planner. The platform also includes an affiliate program and live 24/7 customer support provided through Extendly. Charlie Lounge is available in three plans starting at $29 per month. The Explorer plan provides full platform access including Evelyn AI. The Creator and Visionary plans include a one-time entry fee with expanded message limits and additional resources. The platform targets business owners in the United States, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Latin America who want to reduce time spent on administrative tasks and consolidate multiple tools into a single system.
